Resumen
This article analyzes the growing involvement of digital influencers in promoting gambling activities on online platforms, highlighting the legal and social challenges arising from this practice. The main objective of this study is to examine the civil liability of digital influencers for promoting gambling in the digital environment, in light of Brazilian legislation. The research employed the deductive method, based on a review of scientific articles, case law, legal doctrines, and current legislation. It concludes that, although part of the legal doctrine and judicial decisions acknowledge the objective and joint liability of influencers, there is still a noticeable interpretative divergence in court rulings. Ultimately, the study supports the need for regulatory updates, stricter oversight of advertising strategies related to gambling, and the professional regulation of influencers, aiming to ensure greater legal certainty and the establishment of clear standards for conduct and accountability.

Resumen
The proposal and execution of this article were made possible by research in the Post-Doctorate Program in Education at the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo (FE/USP), which aimed to understand the socio-pedagogical effectiveness of socio-educational measures, developed in a state program, imposed on adolescents, considering the possibility of interrupting the delinquent career of adolescents who commit an offense. For this analysis, the research took place in a city located in the interior of the state of São Paulo-SP and consisted of a bibliographic review, documentary research, field observation and in-depth interviews with a group of adolescents who were repeat offenders. The entire perspective of analysis of research data is based on the Social Pedagogy method, which was conceived by Professor Roberto da Silva, in memoriam.
Keywords: Social Pedagogy; Socio-Educational Measures Program; Criminal Recidivism.

Resumen
Introduction: Positional cranial asymmetries are alterations in head shape that are particularly common among premature newborns due to bone malleability and reduced cervical control. Factors such as prolonged hospitalization, prematurity, intrauterine positioning, mode of delivery, multiple pregnancies, among others, significantly contribute to the development of these deformities, which can impact child development. In this context, understanding the effects of hospitalization on newborns constitutes a starting point for reflection and enables the design of actions within the multidisciplinary team aimed at minimizing the adverse effects of the hospital environment. Objective: To develop a multidisciplinary identification protocol for positional cranial asymmetries in hospitalized newborns.Methodology: This study is based on a literature review of scientific databases, as well as classical texts and educational materials related to the topic. Articles published between 2014 and 2024 in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, focusing on the assessment of infants at risk for or diagnosed with cranial asymmetries, were included. Following selection and analysis of the material, a qualitative multidisciplinary assessment protocol was developed to facilitate early identification and management of these conditions in hospitalized neonates. Results: The protocol was divided into two sections: (1) Maternal and newborn clinical history to monitor pre-, peri-, and postnatal factors; and (2) Application of the Argenta Scale and a visual identification checklist. Conclusion: Positional cranial asymmetries in hospitalized newborns reflect the impact of external factors on neurodevelopment, particularly in the context of prolonged neonatal intensive care. The role of the physical therapist, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, is crucial for the early identification and management of these deformities. This study proposes an accessible protocol for detecting these conditions, promoting early intervention. However, it emphasizes the need for future research to strengthen scientific evidence and validate clinical practices that ensure healthy neonatal development and improve the quality of hospital care.

Resumen
The present article examines the phenomenon of predatory lawsuits, with an emphasis on how they are perceived and addressed by both the advocacy and the Judiciary. The objective of the research is to identify how these differing interpretations influence the progress of legal proceedings and the realization of justice. The methodology adopted is qualitative, based on a literature review and the application of the content analysis technique proposed by Laurence Bardin, using legal doctrines, case law, and judicial decisions as sources. The results show that, from the Judiciary’s perspective, such lawsuits are viewed as abusive practices that overload the system and compromise the reasonable duration of proceedings. In contrast, for some lawyers, mass litigation may represent a valid strategy for accessing justice, especially in contexts involving vulnerable groups. The study highlights the conceptual tension between legality and abuse, emphasizing the danger that broad measures may hinder the proper practice of law and the right to legal action. The analysis of precedents demonstrates the courts’ efforts to establish objective criteria to distinguish abusive lawsuits from legitimate repetitive claims. In addition, the study identifies institutional harms resulting from these practices, such as reduced efficiency, waste of public resources, and the erosion of public trust in the Judiciary. The conclusion points to the need for integrated solutions that combine the use of technology, the strengthening of consensual methods, and the implementation of public policies aimed at balancing the suppression of abuses with respect for procedural safeguards.

Resumen
Accounting applied to agribusiness has gained prominence in Brazil due to the dynamism, innovation, and significant contribution of this sector to the Brazilian Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in recent years. The unique characteristics of the sector have led to the development of specific accounting treatments. As a result, in 2009, the Accounting Pronouncements Committee (CPC) issued CPC 29, based on IAS 41, which addresses the disclosure and measurement of biological assets. This ensures that information is provided with greater relevance and transparency. The objective of this research was to conduct a detailed analysis of the disclosure and measurement of biological assets presented in the explanatory notes of the business groups listed on B3: JBS, Brasil Foods (BRF), and Marfrig Group, for the base year 2024. The justification for this research lies in the significant role of Brazilian agribusiness and the importance of using accurate information. In this context, there is a need to raise awareness regarding potential issues in the disclosure and measurement of biological assets published in the reports available on B3. The research adopted a qualitative approach, and data collection procedures included bibliographic and documentary research, through which the explanatory notes of the mentioned companies were analyzed with regard to the disclosure and measurement practices used, along with the CPC standards concerning asset accounting. Overall, it is concluded that JBS, BRF, and Marfrig measure their biological assets based on CPC 29. However, some disclosures are not being provided, such as the quantitative data of biological assets by Marfrig and the procedures described in item 49 of CPC 29. These companies are expected to disclose such procedures.

Resumen
Brazilian agribusiness plays a central role in both the national and international economy, bringing together an extensive production chain that, due to its complexity, is often the stage for commercial, land, labor, and environmental conflicts. Traditional resolution through the Judiciary often proves inadequate due to delays, high costs, and a lack of technical expertise. In this context, mediation and arbitration emerge as more efficient out-of-court methods, capable of offering swift, specialized solutions that preserve commercial relationships. Mediation, by prioritizing dialogue and the consensual construction of agreements, is particularly suitable for disputes where the continuity of business relations is desirable, such as contractual defaults and succession disputes. Arbitration, in turn, stands out for its potential to deliver technical, confidential, and legally binding decisions, making it especially suitable for highly complex controversies, such as international contracts and environmental issues. Despite their advantages, the dissemination of these methods faces challenges, including a lack of awareness among small and medium-sized producers, the perception of high costs, and the scarcity of qualified professionals in rural areas. Strengthening the culture of mediation and arbitration in agribusiness requires joint actions from public and private sectors, including training programs, the creation of specialized chambers, and public policies for promotion. The effective adoption of these methods is essential to foster legal certainty, stability in contractual relationships, and the competitiveness of Brazilian agribusiness in the global market.

Resumen
Onychomycosis is a fungal infection that affects the nails and can cause changes in their appearance and texture. Although its occurrence is common, there is still a lack of information about the forms of prevention and treatment of onychomycosis. Objective: Disseminate scientific information about Onicomycosis in an accessible and easy to understand way to the general population, through the social network Instagram. Method: Research, of an applied nature, with a descriptive qualitative approach in relation to its objectives, with participant research procedures, was initiated with a survey of data in the literature on Onychomycosis. Then there was the adaptation of this content to a language accessible and understandable to the general public and the creation of posts for an account created on the social network Instagram. The results were analyzed according to the metrics of reach and engagement of the posts during two months of research (September and October, 2023). Results: Instagram’s profile got 140 followers, 72.8% women and 27.2% men, between 18 and 65 years of age, mostly from Brazil (90.5%) but also from Paraguay (7.9%), Bangladesh (0.7%) and Lebanon (0.7%). Regarding interactions with content, there were 2,274 plays, 165 shares, with the engagement of 14 accounts, with 348 likes and 56 comments. In addition, Internet users' questions about onychomycosis were answered. Conclusion: Despite the short period of observation of the publications, it was possible to verify that the social network Instagramₒ is an effective tool for the popularization of scientific content.

Resumen
The article in question talks about misleading advertising within the beauty industry market, where it offers weight loss medications, appetite suppressants, aesthetic procedures, among others. Initially, the legal nature of advertising will be studied and analyzed, especially when it is misleading. Brazilian legislation, especially the Consumer Protection Code, establishes strict measures to curb misleading advertising and protect consumers. In the second moment, weight loss medications will be discussed, which are substances developed with the aim of assisting in the weight loss process in specific cases and under medical prescription. They can act in different ways, such as suppressing appetite, increasing the feeling of satiety, or interfering with fat metabolism. The indiscriminate use of these medications can be motivated by several factors, such as aesthetic pressure, the search for quick results, the influence of the media and the lack of information about health risks. Furthermore, dissatisfaction with their own body and the search for unattainable beauty standards can lead some people to resort to them as a quick and easy solution. Finally, in the last chapter it will be discussed that it is necessary to show, in the light of the Consumer Protection Code, the rights of those who buy such products and which rules, those who use misleading advertising are violating, in order to remedy the situation and be able to understand who is on the other side of the situation, which in this case is the consumer.
