Resumen
This article aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the development of Education 5.0, focused on personalized learning, pedagogical innovation, and the integral formation of students. The study adopts a qualitative approach based on bibliographic review and is grounded in both national and international authors, with emphasis on Magnago (2024), Linares et al. (2023), McLaren (2022), among others. The analysis reveals that AI provides significant opportunities for personalized learning paths, real-time performance monitoring, and the creation of more interactive educational environments. However, the effective implementation of these technologies requires pedagogical intentionality, ongoing teacher training, and public policies aimed at digital equity. The study also highlights challenges such as inadequate infrastructure in public schools, lack of proper teacher training for AI use, and ethical concerns related to data privacy and the potential dehumanization of education. Based on these findings, the article advocates for a critical and human-centered integration of AI into pedagogical practice, understanding it as a tool in service of education, not a substitute for teachers. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of broadening the debate on this theme and suggests the development of future empirical research to investigate the impact of AI in everyday school practices, particularly in contexts of social vulnerability.

Resumen
This study focuses on the dejudicialization of probate and consensual divorce processes in Brazil, especially when minors or incapacitated persons are involved. It analyzes the impacts and challenges arising from carrying out these procedures in the extrajudicial sphere. The main goal is to reflect on the practical and legal consequences of this flexibilization, aiming to balance procedural efficiency with the protection of fundamental rights. To achieve this, the implications of transferring these procedures to notary offices are investigated, paying attention to procedural speed, legal certainty, protection of vulnerable individuals, the role of the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the necessary consensus among involved parties. Law No. 11.441/2007 was an initial milestone, allowing probate, partition, and consensual divorces to be conducted outside the judiciary, provided there was no litigation or interest from incapacitated persons. Later, the Civil Procedure Code of 2015 incorporated these innovations in Articles 610 and 611, and the National Justice Council regulated notary activities through Resolution No. 35/2007. More recently, Resolution No. 571/2024 introduced significant updates to the previous regulation, expanding the possibility of drafting extrajudicial acts even in the presence of minor or incapacitated heirs, as long as their interests are protected and the Public Prosecutor's Office is involved. The research adopts a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive approach, based on bibliographic review and document analysis, utilizing doctrinal sources, academic articles, legislation, resolutions from the National Justice Council—especially Resolution No. 571—as well as statistical data and concrete cases from notary offices. It concludes that dejudicialization represents a necessary and effective advancement, promoting faster access to justice and helping to reduce the overload of the Judiciary.

Resumen
The aim of this study was to adapt and gather psychometric evidence for the Cyberstalking Moral Disengagement Scale (CMDS) in the Brazilian context. There were 217 people from different Brazilian regions (Midade = 27.89). The majority were from Piauí (37.3%) and Paraíba (24.1%), women (57.9%), who were either dating (38.2%) or married (28.6%). The Cyberstalking Moral Disengagement Scale (CMDS) and sociodemographic questions were applied. The results, using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) index = 0.72 and Bartlett's Test (10) = 164,354; p < 0,001, made it possible to carry out an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), which suggested a single-factor structure of the WCSD, with an eigenvalue of 2.19, which explained 43.97% of the total variance. The internal consistency index, measured by the Cronbach's alpha (α) and McDonald's omega (ω) coefficients, showed values of 0.66, which is considerably acceptable for research purposes. From the above, it can be concluded that the WCSD is a measure with adequate psychometric parameters, being a short and one-dimensional instrument. Furthe rmore, the instrument can be used in different studies to understand the mechanisms associated with moral disengagement.

Resumen
Objective: The objective of this research was to evaluate the most common DRPs, their interventions and resolutions evidenced in a university hospital. Methodology: This is a prospective study with a quantitative approach, carried out from January to July 2024 at the University Hospital of the Federal University of Piauí. Analysis came from data from the pharmaceutical interventions registration spreadsheet, which was subsequently double-checked. All interventions recorded in the spreadsheet were included and incomplete data without the possibility of identification were excluded, such as the lack of the medical record number and identification of the DRP, which totaled 11 records. The interventions were observed by classifying the clinically significant DRPs found. Results: During this period, 2,172 pharmaceutical interventions were performed with 75% of “medical acceptability”. Regarding medical non-acceptability, 23% of the cases were due to the absence of a statement by the signaled professional. The DRPs classified corresponded to problems regarding “drug selection” (49%), including ‘completion of antibiotic treatment’ (39%), as well as ‘logistics problems’ (9%), ‘dosage selection’ (9%) and ‘medical prescription’ (13%). Among the drug classes that underwent the most interventions were antibiotics, mainly the combination of piperacillin with tazobactam, vancomycin, meropenem, ceftriaxone, and metronidazole. This is mainly due to the robustness of the stewardship program adopted at the hospital. Problems such as treatment termination and antibiotics without justification were the main causes of interventions seen. Final Considerations: Therefore, the relevance of the clinical pharmacist’s role at HU-UFPI was evidenced, with a significant acceptability of 75% of medical adherence, and the effectiveness of interventions in the care and safety of the rational use of medications in this hospital.

Resumen
Introduction: Pain is a sign that affects a large proportion of patients in palliative care, and it is necessary to provide relief, comfort and well-being for these patients. Therefore, non-pharmacological methods are an alternative in pain management as they are less invasive and easier to access for the population, thus causing less suffering to the patient. Objective: To identify the scientific literature that deals with the use of non pharmacological methods in pain management in patients undergoing palliative care. Method: Integrative Review guided by the question “‘how can non-pharmacological methods manage the pain of patients in palliative care?”. Articles published in the last ten years (2014-2024) were reviewed, using the following databases, data library and search engines: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Virtual Health Library (VHL), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) and Web of Science. Results: 4,824 articles were located and, after the screening and eligibility steps, 14 were included for analysis. Eight thematic classes emerged: Aromatherapy, Music Therapy, Massage, Scrambler, Acupuncture, Hypnosis, Elastic Therapeutic Bandage and Breathing (Mindfulness) and relaxation. Conclusion: The study showed that non-pharmacological methods can alleviate patients' pain, being an alternative for those who do not want to undergo invasive methods and possibly become dependent, as well as the benefit of concomitant use of both methods for pain relief and in scenarios where opioids are not available.

Introduction: Breast cancer is one of the most common diseases among women worldwide. In Brazil, it is estimated that there will be around 73,610 new cases between 2023 and 2025. Waiting for treatment often generates fear, anguish, and insecurity. In this scenario, spirituality can act as a coping resource, helping women to reframe the experience of the disease and providing emotional comfort. Objective: To identify the importance of spirituality in the treatment of women with breast cancer in scientific production. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, carried out in electronic databases such as CINAHL, LILACS, BDENF, PubMed/MEDLINE, SciELO, Embase, Scopus and Web of Science. The final sample consisted of 13 studies published between 2020 and 2024, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Results: The studies analyzed demonstrated that spirituality has a positive impact on coping with breast cancer. Spiritual experience promotes resilience, hope, acceptance of the condition and emotional strengthening, significantly reducing anxiety, stress and suffering. In addition, it contributes to psychological well-being, promoting comfort, adaptive attitudes and a better quality of life during treatment. Conclusion: Spirituality has proven to be an essential resource in the care of women with breast cancer. Its inclusion in nursing practices and health services, at all levels of care, promotes more humanized and comprehensive care. Therefore, it is necessary to train professionals, especially nurses, to ethically and sensitively welcome and integrate the spiritual dimension into therapeutic processes.

Resumen
This study explores the importance of school management in promoting sustainability practices within the educational environment. The literature review includes various works, such as printed and digital books, as well as articles published online. The objective is to analyze how school management can integrate and strengthen socio-environmental actions in schools, ensuring that these efforts are continuous and systematic. The methodology adopted is qualitative and documentary, complemented by an exploratory and descriptive study. Data were collected through structured questionnaires applied to 100 high school students, as well as semi-structured interviews with 10 teachers and 2 school administrators. The responses underwent content analysis, identifying patterns and recurring themes related to sustainability practices and environmental management in schools. The results indicate that 85% of students demonstrated a basic understanding of the concept of sustainability, while 70% reported adopting sustainable practices at home. Additionally, 65% of students actively participated in environmental education activities promoted by the school. The challenges faced by 80% of teachers and administrators in implementing sustainability practices, mainly due to the lack of educational resources and initial resistance from students, highlight the need for continuous training for school administrators. In conclusion, effective school management is essential for promoting sustainable practices, positively influencing student behavior, and engaging the school community. Continuous training for administrators, the provision of adequate educational resources, and the development of public policies that encourage these practices—along with active involvement from the school community—are recommended.

Resumen
The rational use of medications is a highly relevant topic for public health, as the inappropriate use of drugs can lead to antimicrobial resistance, adverse reactions, and increased hospital costs. This study aims to analyze clinical intervention strategies in promoting the rational use of medications, with an emphasis on the role of the pharmacist in this process. Through an integrative literature review, practices such as pharmaceutical consultation, therapeutic monitoring, and health education were investigated. The results demonstrated that these strategies help improve treatment adherence and prevent medication errors, in addition to reducing drug interactions and adverse effects. However, challenges such as self-medication, inadequate prescriptions, and easy access to unregulated information still hinder the full implementation of these measures. It is concluded that the adoption of public policies to strengthen pharmaceutical care, along with increased access to clinical monitoring services and ongoing education for health professionals, is essential to ensure patient safety and treatment quality.
