Dental Trauma refers to injuries to the lips, teeth, gums and supporting bone due to accidents such as falls, injuries, or assaults. (1) Readiness for treating dental trauma is of upmost importance in Federal Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) which serve medically underserved populations, often including children, low-income individuals, and those without regular access to dental care. (2) Although dental trauma may not always be the top priority in primary care settings, its consequences can be severe and long-lasting, particularly when treatment is delayed. (3) For the vulnerable populations, FQHCs often act as the first point of contact for urgent dental needs. (4) Early intervention is critical to preventing complications that may include infection, pain, and even tooth loss. (3)

Resumen
This objective research understands the role of the actors in the Innovation Ecosystem in the Northwest and Missions regions of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (RS). This is an empirical research with a qualitative approach, with an exploratory and descriptive nature. To this end, a single case study was carried out. Data were found through semi-structured interviews, documents and observations and detailed analyzes using content analysis. Through the developed framework, it appears that the actors of the innovation ecosystem are classified into seven groups: 1) Ideation, 2) Investors, 3) Research and Development (R&D), 4) Support and related organizations, 5) Industries , 6) Startups and 7) Society. The results demonstrated that the region has certain actors that perform their functions and interact with each other. However, the innovation ecosystem is still in its early stages, which must evolve to become an environment that promotes highly technological companies.

Resumen
This article describes the perceptions of the members of the Investigation Committee on Maternal-Infant Mortality and Mother-to-Child Transmission (COPEMI-TV) on coping with syphilis, over a four-year period. Descriptive study with a qualitative approach carried out with members of the Committee from the municipality of Vitória in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil, through a focus group. The speeches were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using the Iramuteq software. Accessibility to treatment was identified as the main facility. The main difficulties were the obstacles in treating the partners and the loss of segment of pregnant women. Among the central contributions are the Rede Bem Estar electronic medical records system and the offer of rapid tests. Thus, it was concluded that the perceptions of the Committee contributed to decision-making and the elaboration of new actions in the prevention, control and mother-to-child transmission of syphilis in the city of Vitória, ES.

Resumen
This article proposes the introduction of a qualitative methodological approach aimed at the elaboration and application of a semi-structured interview script named Cognitive-Reflective Approach (CRA), composed of three stages: introductory, cognitive, and exploratory, based on phenomenology and social cognition. The CRA is based on the capture of the interviewee's perceptions and cognitions in a spontaneous, guided, and interactive manner. In the cognitive stage, the research subject can develop their account in three cycles: spontaneous, from previous experience with the phenomenon; guided, based on keywords, phrases, and figures related to the phenomenon evidenced on cards; and creative, through free writing on blank papers. Empirical evidence regarding the application of CRA in the field of applied social sciences is also presented. As contributions, the dynamism promoted by the application of techniques titled 'card technique' and 'free written production technique' stands out. In addition, it emphasizes the possibility of promoting greater social interaction, contributing to the design of qualitative research.

Resumen
The aim of this study is to analyze the Orality Axis and how the conceptions of orality are incorporated into the Annual Teaching Plans (PAE in the Portuguese acronym) for Portuguese Language (LP) in the 9th grade of private elementary schools in the city of Curitiba (PR). The research is grounded in aspects of Applied Linguistics, examining the proposed classroom activities related to orality. The qualitative methodology included documentary Content Analysis (CA) of eight PAE, based on an initial floating reading technique to compare information from the collected documents and establish analytical categories regarding the characteristics of the PAE, the conception of orality, and the challenges in developing a PAE. The findings highlight the approach to orality teaching based on the BNCC (Portuguese acronym for Base Nacional Comum Curricular), the distinctions between orality practice and oralization, and the textual genres associated with the Orality Axis in the 9th grade. The results indicate, through documentary that the concepts of orality and oralization are often conflated when identified as a skill to be developed by students. It is therefore concluded that there are weaknesses in the process of systematization and specific and well-founded teaching for the development of effective learning of oral genres in the classroom.

Resumen
This study aims to validate the Questionnaire of Social and Academic Support for People with Physical and Sensory Disabilities in Higher Education, using the Theory of Planned Behavior as a conceptual framework. 909 students from the northwest of Mexico participated. From a calibration sample (n = 453), an exploratory factor analysis was conducted, finding the best solution from three factors (KMO=.94), explaining 63.22% of the variance. Subsequently, a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using a confirmation sample (n=456), obtaining acceptable fit indices (?²=330.4, df=145, p<.000, CFI=.97, TLI=.96, RMSEA=.05 [CI:.04-.06], SRMR=.03). The final model consisted of 19 items, with acceptable reliability indices: subjective norm (n=7, AVE=.52, ?=.88), perceived behavioral control (n=5, AVE=.77, ?=.94), and intention (n=7, AVE=.60, ?=.91). After verifying metric invariance, the analysis of latent means showed higher scores for women. Theoretical and practical implications regarding social support for students with disabilities in higher education are discussed.

Resumen
This article analyzes certain relationships between young people studying upper secondary education (UPE) as tactics that they develop in order to remain in school. The discussion seeks to understand the young people’s school trajectories and the factors that allow them to continue in school despite adverse conditions. It is argued that peer relationships, when regarded as tactical, as conceptualized by Michel de Certeau (1996), become significant to overcome the barriers usually encountered in highly institutionalized spaces such as school. These premises are supported by results of an ethnographic study conducted at a Colegio de Bachilleres in a working-class area in the south of Mexico City, which included fieldwork in the school and its surroundings, formal semi-structured interviews with students and teachers, and informal talks with various members of the school community. The analysis shows how accompaniment between peers and their appropriation of school spaces allow them to construct youth worlds and comply with their academic obligations in ways that favor their permanence in the school.
