The research has the purpose of analyzing the relationship between the educational organizational climate and pedagogical success. Consequently, a case study is carried out in an institution where conflicting labor relations are evident, a scenario determined by impoverished social contexts. The initial situation is diagnosed using pretest. Next, a wide series of instruments are applied that seek to reduce the difficulties; the results and scope of the tools are evidenced in the post-test. The training limitations raised in difficult work environments are verified; in turn, the effectiveness of the implemented management tools is demonstrated; thus, they improve all levels and dimensions of instruction. It means that the training scenario mediated by dialogic participation considerably optimizes human relations, a skill that has a favorable impact on learning.

The objective of this research work was to propose a formative feedback model that allows improving the planning process of teaching in pre-school teachers at UGEL Sechura. The methodology used was of a basic type and a descriptive, purposeful design. For the diagnosis, a survey was used that was validated with Cronbach's Alpha (0.789) and for the analysis and identification of the components of the model, a literature review on models of feedback, teaching and formative evaluation, in the databases of Scielo, Dialnet, La reference, Redalyc, Latindex, academic google, among others. Having as results a model based on the studies of Anijovich, Wilson and Hattie and Timperley, who proposed formative feedback strategies to strengthen the teaching and learning processes. Concluding that the dimensions of the proposed model should be considered, from the teaching planning, to ensure significant learning.

The objective of this work was to propose a model of reflective pedagogical accompaniment (APR) of the director to strengthen the teaching performance of multi-teaching schools at the primary level. The research was of a basic type and with a descriptive-propositional design. A virtual survey was applied to 120 appointed teachers, whose data were systematized with SPSS and the systematic review of literature was used in various databases on the variables studied. Based on the results, the APR model was proposed. This design is based on socio-constructivist theories, reflective criticism, communicative action, quality process management, virtuality and the development of social skills. The contribution of the APR model incorporates the planning, implementation and evaluation processes; likewise, it incorporates innovative training strategies: pedagogical internships, didactic athenaeums and writing of texts on pedagogical practice. The design must be validated in the field and with expert judgment.

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship of sociodemographic factors to the quality of the educational service and satisfaction of university students with virtual education in times of pandemic. Carried out under a descriptive, correlational, comparative, cross-sectional, non-experimental design in a sample of 492 students using the DIHEQS and SATSIB scales that measure the quality and satisfaction of the service in distance higher education in a multidimensional and unidimensional way. Confirmatory analysis of its validity for Peru was performed, obtaining a KMO for DIHEQS and Bartlett 0.975 and a Sig 0.000. and a Crombach Alpha Consistency analysis of 0.984. Also, for SATSIB KMO 0.950 and Sig. 0.000 and an Alpha of 0.960. The results show a direct, average (0.527) and significant (0.000) relationship, that is, in the present study the Quality of Service is implicating in the Satisfaction with Virtual Education in Times of Pandemic in Peru in the year 2021 in the form positive. The results were corroborated by performing a global analysis between the constructs: Global Service Quality and Global Satisfaction; whose results show a positive, high (0.77) and significant (0.000) correlation. Concluding that more than one sociodemographic factor is significantly related to the Quality of Service and satisfaction with the academic service of virtual education in times of pandemic. In other words, age, University Campus, Type of Study Program, Studying Semester, Region of Birth are significantly correlated with Service Quality. While satisfaction with academic service, age and Region of Birth are significantly correlated.

The introduction of virtual platforms in education have generated great impacts on teaching practice, from the modification of traditional educational resources to the generation of new methodologies and teaching-learning strategies in order to obtain better academic results in students. . The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the use of the Canvas platform and meaningful learning in high school students from Ugel 15. The study was of a basic or pure type, with a quantitative approach, correlational level, non-experimental design and cross-section. The sample was census and was made up of 75 secondary school students from 3 educational institutions belonging to UGEL 15; the technique applied was the survey, the instruments were two questionnaires validated by expert judgment, with a Cronbach's Alpha (0.816 and 0.866), the descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software in its version 25. The results obtained show that the variables studied have a direct and significant correlation, since a Spearman's Rho = 0.777 was obtained, and p= .000< .005. Likewise, the results referring to interactivity, virtual resources, flexibility and the training action of the Canva platform show that there is a positive and significant relationship with meaningful learning (Spearman's Rho equal to 0,863, 0,705, 0,864 and 0,746 respectively ), which denotes the importance of this virtual platform in the acquisition of knowledge and new skills.

The present study entitled, types of texts from the language and written competences, in the primary education stage; The information was obtained in a public institution, forming a sample of 80 students of 6 years of age, at the primary education level, which was used a questionnaire type instrument, validated by three experts who verified compliance with the methodological criteria, the results showed that the written language variable in students is at the starting level with (68.75%) and in the written competence they give rise to different types of texts with a starting level of (67.5%), while in the written competence they give rise to different types of texts with a starting level of (67.5%). This research responds to the problem about the existence of the relationship between institutional licensing and quality of university service, in students of the last cycles of the Universidad Católica Sedes Sapientiae-2020. Through a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and correlational design, a sample of 368 students was studied. Two nominal scale surveys were applied: the institutional licensing survey with 39 items, and the university service quality survey with 40 items, both self-made. It was possible to determine that institutional licensing is correlated with the quality of university service, according to Spearman's correlation of 0.952, representing a positive, strong and highly significant correlation. Then, it can be affirmed that the students of the last cycles have a high level of perception about institutional licensing, represented by 66.6% and in the same way about the quality of the university service, represented by 86.4%.

Given the existence of inequality gaps in Latin America and a growing need for students in social issues, many institutions have seen the development of a pedagogical methodology based on service-learning as an effective alternative to these needs. This study aims to identify the impacts of service-learning programs on the training of university students. The methodology is composed of a bibliographic review of articles published on the impact of service-learning on university students. The analysis allows us to conclude that service-learning produces positive and significant impacts at the academic and cognitive, civic, vocational and professional, ethical and moral, personal and social levels, generating professionals with comprehensive training with greater skills and abilities for better job performance.

Social vulnerability in the country has various implications for the development of children and adolescents (NNyA) because they are exposed to multiple adversities and limitations in life. However, the parenting style of the primary caregivers can be an important strength to minimize negative behaviors, such as the macho mentality. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the association between social vulnerability, parenting styles and macho mentality in 200 primary caregivers of boys/girls and adolescents between 4 and 16 years old. The study was developed under a correlational design, in which three instruments were used to collect the data, the ad-hoc Sociodemographic record, the Spanish Adaptation of the Parental Upbringing Questionnaire (PCRI-M) and the Machismo Subscale. The results show a very low positive association between macho beliefs and social vulnerability, while no relationship was found with parenting styles. In addition, it has been shown that macho beliefs depend more on social vulnerability and not on parenting styles. It is concluded, therefore, that positive parenting styles must be reinforced, to minimize the effect of social vulnerability in the generation of macho beliefs in boys and girls.

The social transformations resulting from the impact of technologies have increased the sedentary lifestyle of people in all work fields, which has in turn generated various pathologies at a physical and psychological level. Therefore, this study reports the effects of the occupational exercise program on heart rate variability, blood pressure, body mass index, and life satisfaction in a group of 20 workers from a private company in Lima. Metropolitan. The study was developed under a pre-experimental design of a single group and in the procedure weight (Kg) and height (cms), Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure (mmHg) and heart rate were evaluated. heart rate (puls/min) and to measure satisfaction with life, the satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) was used. After the first measurement, a physical activity program was planned, three times a week and for 12 weeks, working at an intensity of 60-75% of the theoretical max heart rate (Tanaka et al., 2001); intensity was determined using the Karnoven formula (Karvonen, Kentala and Mustala, 1957). The results show that the program had a positive effect for all cases, the body mass index (BMI) went from 24.65 ± 3.48 to 23.1 ± 2.64; systolic blood pressure (SBP) from 121.8 ± 5.33 to 117.4 ± 4.40; diastolic blood pressure (DBP) from 78.2 ± 4.6 to 68.2 ± 5.91; heart rate (HR) from 76.5 ± 6.0 to 74.3 ± 5.7 and in terms of satisfaction with life from 18.3 ± 5.6 to 23.2 ± 3.87. Therefore, it is concluded that, in the workplace, the intervention based on physical exercises improves the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of people.
