Psychology has gained ground in study of consumption, saving, and borrowing behavior with its contributions on the individual characteristics that underlie these behavioral patterns. Attitudes towards saving as a specific psychological trait represent an important variable related to economic behavior, however its assessment has ingrained certain limitations, especially in countries with unstable economies. The purpose of this study was to explore the existence of contextual and socioeconomic factors as dimensions of the construct attitudes by introducing the preliminary results of the development of an Argentinian measure of attitudes towards saving. The design and development of the scale consisted of several phases: establishing a general assessment framework, consultation with experts, defining attitudes towards saving, creating an item pool, conducting individual interviews and a focus group with object population, pilot studies, and preliminary psychometric analyses. A series of exploratory factor analyses identified four dimensions that constituted a total of 20 items that explained 61.45% of the total variance with adequate values of internal consistency for each subscale. The dimensions retained revealed that items on contextual and socioeconomic factors were relevant in defining attitudes towards saving in local population. These findings could be useful to governments in the designing of financial public policies.

Sustainable tourism has become a paradigm for the development of a community at a global scale. For this reason, the objective of this work was to build strategies for the sustainable management of tourism activities in the Manglar Route located in the Costa Rica community in Ecuador. First, a diagnosis was carried out to analyze the current situation of the tourist area, which implied the three dimensions of sustainability (economic, social and environmental). Second, tourists’ expectations were analyzed to design strategies adapted to the tourists’ expectations. The strategies were defined under the principles of sustainability; for that, participatory techniques were implemented by the active participation of the community. Nine strategies were established which are mainly based on improving tourism activity; the quality of service; training the population in tourism and environmental issues through articulated work between institutions. The strategies proposed contain nineteen projects to respond to the problems and needs of the area. The implications of this study demonstrated the importance of sustainable strategies for the tourism development of the Manglar Route.

The morphological processes developed in design educational institutions have limited the creative processes in students, since, by following traditionalist concepts dictated in the Three-Dimensional Basic Design subject, it has caused the morphological methods of design in students to stagnate; consequently, the design of objects does not present any innovation, and teachers look for methods that help develop versatile morphological processes that allow students to enhance their ability to generate new shapes in their products. The purpose of this research is to develop a morphological process that allows the generation of innovative products; narrative is used as an initial element for the conception of the managerial motive for interpreting new forms and concluding in the design of a product. The study makes it possible to demonstrate that the use of narrative can generate significant elements for the conception of objects.

Dynamic capabilities are an opportunity tool for companies to innovate their internal and external processes with existing resources, thereby seeking to adapt to changes in the micro and macro environment. At the provincial level, such variations are due to new consumption habits, the natural process of social transformation and technological growth. The objective of this study was to analyze the importance of dynamic capabilities in business performance, through theoretical bases that promote the use of the resources that agroindustrial companies possess. The methodology had an inductive-deductive approach, based on existing literature, and it is also qualitative in nature; for this purpose, a group of entrepreneurs from the agroindustrial sector of the province was sampled and the research was validated through the direct application of interviews. It was identified that the dynamic capacities in the agro-industrial sector were incorporated as a substantial element for the gearing of commercial, administrative and financial strategies, whose human resource is the main potentiator. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies in the sector were strongly affected by the inability to transfer their production processes to a remote work scenario. However, thanks to the adaptability axis of dynamic capabilities, some companies strengthened strategic alliances, communication and distribution channels with their customers to safeguard the economy of the agro-industrial sector, proving to be competent organizations to develop dynamic capabilities as long as they have knowledge at the individual and collective level.

Agribusiness companies, regardless of their size or origin, continually face highly competitive markets, whose resources and capabilities become an important source for the development of competitive advantages. In the present investigation, a group of medium and large companies in the agro-industrial sector is studied. The implemented methodological design is quantitative, non-experimental and cross-sectional, as well as correlational-causal. A survey composed of 13 items measured on a Likert scale was applied. The initial population was 169 companies and the final convenience sample was 37 agro-industrial companies in the province of El Oro. The variables used were: dynamic sensing (SEN) - zeising (SEI) capacities and financial profitability, which were applied the Shapiro-Wilk statistical test to determine its distribution normality and the T-Student test to contrast the hypotheses and compare their means. Our findings show that the variable (SEN) behaves normally in both large and medium-sized companies, while the variable (SEI) behaves normally only in medium-sized companies, which indicates that those entities that manage to adapt to change and be assertive , achieve greater long-term sustainability and financial performance. It was shown that medium-sized agro-industrial companies are the most benefited, because they apply the SEN and SEI dimensions within their processes, achieving greater competitive advantages and facilitating their adaptability to change.

By the moment, nowadays we are at an environment where the English Language it is so essential in all the fields, due to the fact, the professional life and educational students are really more demanding.  Thus, exist the necessity at all educational students that they must be stimulated and aware about the importance of learning and dominate the English language as a foreign as is being a worldwide language.  It will permit a better ability development and competences facilitating the communication with various locals and international agents. Reason why the first proposal of this investigation is to design strategies about educational management to stimulate the learning English language to the students. This investigation is a quantitative approach research, where the hypothetical-deductive method was used, which allowed to raise real data, provided done to the students. Also, we applied empirical methodologies such as observation, surveys and questionnaires were applied, managing to develop the work in a systematic way through the collection, analysis and interpretation of the data, the target population to work with is: 111 high school students from the Educational Institution "Gloria Gorelik", with a target of 100 students. We must be conscious about the changes that we can conceive to the students when the right strategies are done adequately at the educational training.  Therefore, educational management strategies were designed to stimulate the learning process from the English language to the students, to conclude it is important that the students require the strategies opportunely to contribute at the stimulation and acquire linguistic competences.

The objective of this research is to identify and collect scientific articles in relation to the use of technological tools (HT) in education in the last 3 years, as a result of Covid-19, consulting the Scopus, Redalyc and Scielo databases; For this purpose, the quantitative approach was used as a methodology, with a descriptive design, using the article registration form as an instrument, in addition to the techniques of systematic review, documentary analysis, critical reading and paraphrasing. The population consisted of 90 original scientific articles of pedagogical and theoretical experience. Having a final sample of 40 articles related to the use of technological tools. The following results were obtained, when using HT in the teaching-learning process, it allows interaction between teacher and student in a collaborative, dynamic and innovative way, strengthening their digital skills in teachers as well as in students. In addition, it allows adaptation to new ways of teaching and learning using technology as a form of pedagogical updating, breaking away from traditional practice. It is concluded that, according to revised sources, a set of technological tools has been applied in teaching - learning at different educational levels. Therefore, it is suggested to continue training teachers in order to continue strengthening their digital, pedagogical skills; to teach and learn according to the context. Being the innovative teacher, the student protagonist and the mediating technology of learning and at the same time reduce the digital divide.

The purpose of this article is to present a synthesis of the results of the research topic-problem "Participation and perspectives of the Colombian agricultural cooperative-solidarity sector Scsacol in the Solidarity Economy and the national agricultural sector (2006-2019): Pedagogical-didactic proposal from the praxis of Complex Thinking articulated to the Colombian Solidarity Economy”.  The study required the choice of a pertinent research method; For this purpose, the author preliminarily examined which was the most appropriate research method and, in his opinion, chose Complex Thinking as he considered it the most convenient to be applied in the different topics related to the development of the project and explain the reasons for his choice.  Once the study method was defined, it proceeded to apply it and work on the development of its objectives: 1) determine the causes, development and socioeconomic and political effects for which the low participation of this sector in the national and solidarity economy and the Colombian agricultural sector is presented; 2) explain the reasons why Complex Thinking was chosen in the study and its articulation with the principles, values ​​and entrepreneurship of the Colombian solidarity sector and 3) Propose to Scsacol its integral strengthening from the pedagogical-didactic praxis of Complex Thinking articulated to the principles, values ​​and solidarity entrepreneurship proposed by the Colombian Solidarity Economy ESC sector.   The information for this study was obtained mainly from the Colombian State, from researcher(s) of the ESC, from the agricultural sector, from national and international civil society organizations, of the Morinian paradigm and from scholars of the research topic-problem; information that made it possible to carry out the objectives of the study and the aforementioned pedagogical proposal.  Through the development of the project it was found that the choice and methodological application of Complex Thinking turned out to be the most pertinent.

The purpose of this article is to record information about the knowledge of the subject, how important this subject is in the 21st century, what approach our country has regarding the subject, identification of contradictions of some entities and researchers on the subject, finally, identify variable associated with the subject of study; In addition, it allows answering research questions such as; how much is known about the subject and about the university population with more difficulty in writing, for this, the study methodology of bibliographic review in scientific journals was used taking into account articles related to the variables, so the bibliographic search is from reliable sources , the speed and critical reading technique of the summaries and results of each investigation necessary to respond to the investigation was considered, studies from the last six years were considered, as a result of these consultations, 60 articles were analyzed, 20 of which contextualize the rules grammatical as well as orthographic and 40 deal with academic writing; These studies coincide that the writing is not homogeneous in the students, demonstrating in different studies that there is a difference in the quality of writing by faculties, which is why it is agreed to reinforce academic writing strategies based on the use of grammar and spelling rules.
