The objective that this investigation pursues, is to understand the role and impact that the administrative management and leadership executed by the Principal to inculcate an institutional philosophy rich in content in her near team to develop organizational culture oriented to achievement and service. This goal, gave the pretext to use a qualitative and naturalistic investigation, in which the researcher coexisted with clue actors and the university community, realizing semi-structured interviews with the Principal and her near team, as well as, a focus group to bachelor students of diverse knowledge disciplines of a University Campus located at Tekax de Alvaro Obregon, Yucatan, Mexico. Discovering that a correct administrative management with a solid, leadership, congruent with the institutional philosophy of the University had gotten the permanence of the institution in the community.

El artículo tiene el propósito de realizar un recorrido en clave de lectura sociohistórica educativa en relación a la evolución de la Pedagogía Social situada en un contexto global y local. Se parte de considerar el impacto que los paradigmas epistemológicos subyacentes a su desarrollo han generado en ella en un devenir dinámico entendido como proceso de cambio continuo. El análisis se orienta a comprender las características que presentó dicho desarrollo considerando los paradigmas positivista y sociocrítico como grandes corrientes de pensamiento que movilizaron las Ciencias Sociales a lo largo de la historia y -en particular- la influencia que han tenido en el campo pedagógico, donde se destaca la configuración y el escenario de surgimiento de una pedagogía propiamente latinoamericana, entendida como un paradigma emergente de nuestra región.Palabras clave: educación, epistemología, pensamiento, América Latina, sentido crítico

The study was conducted at Finca Integral Jatun Paccha, located 2 km from the August 10 via Parish to the Parish and El Triunfo, in the Union Finca Integral Base, located 3 km from the city of Puyo, during 2017. Since the object of research the main pest of bananas in response to the problem suggested the following objectives: identify the major pest of banana, its importance and strategy of plant health management for optimal crop solve the problem of damage of pests, using the methodology of Dr. Iparraguirre et al. (1998), IBC - GEIGI (2000) and León et al (2007). It was determined that the most important pests were Mycosphaerella musicola (Leach ex Mulder.) Mycosphaerella fijiensis (Morelet) and cucumber mosaic (CMV), and Systems Control Fertilizaron Fertilization + + defoliated and defoliated Timorex Gold + organic fungicides, the more effective at lowering respectively below the economic threshold (grade 2) the development of the disease, average degree of involvement and reduce its distribution in the study área, as well as to obtain the best qualitative indicator of the banana crop, especially with respect to flowering Fertilization System + defoliated.

In Ecuador, a government institution is responsible to apply regulations for rabies official animal control and reduce it to non-dangerous levels. However, in Orellana, no documented bibliography serves as a resource to assess risk. An observational study of the bovine rabies outbreaks occurrences was carried out from 2012 to 2018 period. With    the SAS statistical package, descriptive statistics were obtained; as well as interquartile values of the cases presented for, later, building an endemic channel and showing accumulated prevalence rate each year. The results indicated that a total of 44 cases were presented during all period of study. Finally, we can tell that the frequency of the disease did not show marked seasonality due to climatic factors.

The research was proposed as a general objective: To determine the relationship between directed games and motivation in tenth year students of the Basic General Education at “Fanny S. de Baird” Educational Unit, in Leonidas Parish, Plaza del Cantón, Sucre in the first quarter of the 2018-2019 school period. It was based on the quantitative paradigm, through Pearson’s correlation. The total population was formed by 127 participants. Two questionnaires-type instruments in Likert scaling was applied, it had four response alternatives in order to measure what was referred to directed games and motivation. When a result of -, 404 ** is generated, a weak negative correlation is obtained, establishing an inversely proportional relationship, thus being the motivation positively influenced by the directed games; likewise, when a significant correlation occurs at the 0.01 level, the affirmative hypothesis is accepted and the null is rejected.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of managing the distribution of a water resource that, by its nature, is the most important for people’s survival. In this sense, we present, at first, the experience of Santa Inés and San Joaquín Coapango, communities of Texcoco municipality, Mexico State, since they have made considerable efforts to provide water to its inhabitants for more than 3 decades. In a second moment, we present the case of Chinauta, Colombia, a community that depends, totally, on the public company to receive such service. The information was obtained through interviews with key characters from the communities under study. We conclude that the knowledge, organization, management and conservation of water in the inhabitants’ hands is a guarantee of balance in the distribution and, at the same time, it safeguards the appreciated natural resource.

This research is about the development of a software application oriented to the parameterized mechanical design of an alternative and submersible piston pump prototype, by linking computational calculation tools and parametric CAD. The methodology is based on the object of study identification; that is, its decomposition into systems, parts and pieces that are plotted in CAD software (Inventor®) with the relevant level of geometric detail. The Integral Mathematical Model (IMM), which describes the piston pump functionally, structurally and geometrically, is proposed and solved using the dichromatic graph method (DGM). The flow rate and working height are established as input variables. The prototype conceived is based on an engineering study that involves a series of algorithms based on the tabulation of properties and variants of materials, standards, catalogs of parts and commercial parts more than equations and mathematical functions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the incidence of mountain biking for the strengthening of sustainable tourism in the Loreto province of Orellana. For this, 89 participants who attended the SINCHI WAMI 2.0 competition were taken. The research methods and techniques used were the bibliographic review, survey, observation and descriptive statistics. The main results on the practice of mountain biking are disclosed through the social, economic and environmental dimensions of sustainable tourism obtained in the competition. It is concluded that the relationship between sustainable tourism and mountain biking is established on the basis of the favorable impact in all three dimensions, through the execution of tourist competitions, crossings and touring.

The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between family grieving and emotional development in general basic, high school and higher education students at Fiscal Cascol Educational Unit located in Cascol Parish, Paján Canton, Manabí Province, Ecuador. Methodologically, it was approached from a correlational type, applying a Likert-type instrument to a population of 200 students. The result of -,232 indicates a weak negative Pearson correlation, which implies an inversely proportional relationship, that is to say, that the emotional development of the students directly affects the confrontation of family grieving. When there is a significant correlation at level 0.01, the affirmative hypothesis is accepted and the null is rejected. It is necessary an adequate intervention by teachers, parents and representatives to support students to overcome the duel.

The purpose of this research was to develop a proposal for the creation of an ecological park under the Orellana Provincial Council to promote tourism. The investigation considers processes that manage natural areas through plans containing measures for the administration of protected space, recreation areas and management. The purpose of these actions is to meet conservation objectives, expressed in the legal standards that includes the declaration of the protected area. For the implementation of the project, it counts on environmental, accounting and financial policies leading to promote tourism and improve the quality of people’s life through this.
