The article aims to analyze the role of police agencies in criminalizing drug trafficking in the city of Belém-PA. The study is important in that it investigates the importance of police agencies in the secondary criminalization of drug trafficking. For that, a content analysis of the data extracted from the convictions of the crime of drug trafficking, of the Criminal Court of Belém, was carried out in 2017. Critical criminology was used as a theoretical reference, through which the theory of the labeling was studied in order to understand how the selection of the people criminalized by the crime of drug trafficking occurs. The results show particularities that indicate elements that characterize the crime of drug trafficking and point out as predominant circumstances the use of police testimony to substantiate the conviction. In addition, those accused of drug trafficking are, in most cases, arrested in flagrante delicto, because they are in a suspicious attitude or because of anonymous denunciation, which shows the lack of previous police investigation. Keywords: Police testimony. Anonymous report. Suspicious attitude. Cocaine.

There is a difference between considering performances as occurrences that happen in one place and recognizing them as triggers of territorialities. The purpose of this research was to analyze performative experiences conceived in Cuba, Brazil and Mexico that established feminist debates through the subversion of territorialities given a priori and their power relations. This article identifies the different scenic spaces occupied by the groups of Bumba-meu-Boi from Parnaiba, Piaui. They were hired to perform on the street, in front of the contractor's residence. Twenty years ago, with the creation of São João da Parnaiba, artists directed their activity to prepare the competitive presentation that happens in quadrilhódromo. In 2020, due to the pandemic and the importance of respecting isolation, groups joined digital platforms and created presentations in this new space. It was discussed the views of the artists on these issues and how the space generated an increase in the number of players, a new spatial relationship between artists and the public, and presentations shorter than those that took place on the streets.

This article proposes a current debate on scenic space. The Brazilian artist Hélio Oiticica treated the space and the notion of environmental art in his inventions, through the approximation of the performance, with attention to the body and the social life. The artist subverted the limits of artistic languages in order to experience the conflicts between art and reality. By coining the notion of self-theater, it is possible to conclude, along with other authors, that Oiticica built a path from screens to bodies, considering the establishment of the environment through the architectural dimension that was triggered by his interest in three-dimensionality. Then he will deal with the liberation of color from static supports until the understanding of space as a social phenomenon along with the radical opening for the invention of other participants in his propositions, going beyond participation.

This article aimed to present procedures of the performative practice that evidence the meeting in real time in the urban daily life, coming from the Research of Encounter Performance. For that, the notions of re-enactment and chance were explored, made explicit in narratives of own experiences in the creation of performative programs, and also, from reflections about the practice of two performers: Eleonora Fabião and Tania Alice. The spectator layers of the Encounter Performance were verified and analyzed taking into consideration the moment of social isolation experienced in face of COVID-19.

This article expands on the electronics correspondences exchanged with the butoh dancers Eugenia Vargas (Mexico) and Susana Reyes (Ecuador) in the midst of the worldwide coronavirus pandemic crisis. Concerns shared with the artists sought to foment self-reflections about their practices in the butoh, which are analyzed here from a theoretical interweaving inscribed in the Abya Yala-Japan transit. The approach pursues clues that allow organizing a set of ideas about the qualities and powers of the body, worked on by both, and reflecting it as a possible hypothesis evidenced by the exchange of letters. The findings corroborate the body as an expressive, intimate and mythopoetic generating place, seen as personal dance, experienced and woven from relationships that the artists establish with their own culture and ancestry in the face of foreign information.

This text discusses aspects of the creation of the theatrical show Agamenon or - How much is the life of a man? at Palmas (TO). This is done with regard to memory and historical imagery present in the composition of the work. Methodologically, the text emerges from the articulation between the director's memories, historical and social data that supported the creation, images of the show's presentation, excerpts from the dramaturgy of the work and theoretical concepts as it came from analysis. It resulted from the research that the articulation between fiction and reality and the scenic occupation of spaces of social conflicts favor the emergence, in addition to the physicality of the place, of symbolic and imaginary flows from and about the theatrical place.
