Resumen
The lack of social cohesion is a challenge for societies in our socio-political and cultural context. Although it is ambivalent, a way of promoting social cohesion is cultivating civic friendship. The aim of this article is twofold: to analyze the emotions associated with civic friendship, according to a hierarchical model presented by the authors; and to propose guidelines for its educational implementation, through actions that precede or goes hand in hand with the emotions. This work is theoretical and concludes that the specific emotions of civic friendship are the other-oriented emotions and that, paradoxically, being civic friendship an advantage friendship, it is educated by working on selfless emotions.

Resumen
The difficult socioeconomic scenario that is predicted in the wake of the health crisis is already a reality for young people. In this context, the aim of the study is to analyse the dimensions that determine the youth employability in order to identify the pillars of action that, with a political, socio-labour and educational character, should contribute to improve their professional and personal development. For that purpose, qualitative methodology has been followed, focusing on the review of reports, strategies and scientific research on youth employment from the Great Recession to the COVID-19 crisis (2008-2022). Three axes of intervention have been differentiated: (1) protection and promotion of employment, (2) improvement of employability and (3) transversal measures. The results point the need to make progress from public policies in the second and areas, since they make possible the promotion of effective labour transitions.

Resumen
This work aimed to analyze the relationships between the students perceived institutional support, teachers’ support, peers’ support, and their academic satisfaction, mediated by their self-efficacy in information and comunication technologies (ICT). Participants were 157 students who were studying from first to fourth year in different disciplines of the Valencia University. Structural equation models with latent factors were tested. A final model had satisfactory fit indices to the observed data. It is worth highlighting the strong direct effect of the teaching staff support on student’ academic satisfaction, with less weight, although significant, being the effect of institutional support. In conclusion, teacher’s figure is of paramount importance for student’s academic satisfaction.

Resumen
This study gathers teachers’ perceptions in a peer observation practice as a mechanism for professional development. Based on a collaborative and mutual observation, 131 teachers agree on observation foci and observe each other in a class session, offering feedback to set personal goals for improvement. The results from a pretest-postest indicate a decrease in resistance and an increase in some dimensions of the teaching agency. Descriptive analyses show positive participant perceptions, particularly in the collaborative stages. Although not all of them set goals for improvement, it has been possible to trace how they emerge and are refined during the process.
