The remittances of dollars that mexican inmigrants send from the United States represent the relation between the labor markets of both countries. Usually, the study of these rimittances has been limited by the technical difficulties of its measurement, and by the lack of reliable and adequate information. Some of these quantifying problems are solved with the methodological characteristics of a recent survey (Encuesta sobre Migración en la Frontera Norte, EMIF). The results of this survey are use in this articule in which several aspects on the remittances are analyzed, such as the direct determination of the amount of the remittances and the identification of the immigrants that send them according to their social and demographic features, and the location of mexican zones where the remittances arrive, the variations in the amount and frequency of the remittances among the different groups of immigrants.

Our aim to identify the different groups put at risk that are most probable to be socially excluded, addresses us to estimate the probability of taking part in the labor market. It is essential to introduce some concepts about poverty and the varied ways of measure it: unsatisfied basic needs, Poverty Line and human development index. The social aspect is complemented with vulnerability indicators. In this research it is used a potentially working population, employed and unemployed and nonworking between 14 and 65 years, that eventually can access to labour market. The participation model used shows personal and human capital stock features. We estimated a probit model based on the EPH. We found expected signs and a good overall degree of adjustment, although we find enough evidence of segmented markets.

Resumen
The research about the supports of the old age people its becoming in one institutional priority. Neverless, the perspective of the studies assume to the old age people as passive and dependent, situation no real in countries with economic and social disavantages like Mexico. With this reference, in this article its search the answer to some questions, that in my point of view are relevants in the studies of social supports and aging (people with 60 years and over). This questions are Who helps to the old age people in México? What kind are these support?, but if this old age people helps to somebody: Who are they? AndWhatkind of help realize? Resumen
The labor market and the employment in Mexico are in an important of transition, as a consequense of the restructuring productive process of the actual capitalism and the new austerity economics programs applied in the last years. The effects of these events over the labor market have produced two movements. On one hand, the primary labor market space, characterized by high wages, qualification and competitiveness, has been reduced. On the other, the secondary labor market space, where exist low wages, poor qualifications and the lowest conditions of work and even works without pay, has been expanded. In sum, in a general view, we can verify a very strong deterioration of the labor conditions and salaries during those 15 years in Mexico.

Resumen
The structural reforms implemented in the Latin American countries during the last 15 years created expectations for dynamic job generation. As a result of the elimination of distortions on factor and goods markets, labor intensive branches and technologies would be stimulated. However, during the nineties, labor market indicators show a less than satisfactory performance. From a sectorial perspective, the job and productivity performance shows characteristics similar to the tendencies observed in industrialized countries: weak job creation with a dynamic growth of average productivity in the tradable sectors, and concentration of new jobs without productivity growth in the non tradables sectors.

Resumen
The article will attempt to analyzes the “youth” in transition process, in the sense of a political, economic and cultural moments of the current world as the youth itself as a “transition moment” and it attempts an approach at the space and the perspectives of the current juvenile movements. Keeping in mind the general framework in which the life of the youths currently develops, the work carries out an approach to the concept of “youth”, its origin and development. It begins with the idea that the youth is not a “transition” between the childhood and mature life, but a moment “itself.” The challenge only consists of re-thinking the youth not only associating it to the ideas of change, proposals and renovation, but as a moment itself, with illusions and self expectations, in all its plurality to elaborate identity alternative in front of the current globalizing model.
