Most elementary Differential Geometry texts address the study of Frenet-Serret apparatus of spatial curves from a parameterization thereof. However, it is possible to calculate the Frenet-Serret apparatus of given spatial curves as the intersection of two surfaces expressed in Cartesian form. In this work the new package, FSAparatus, coded in the language of the scientific software is presented Mathematica v. 11.2. The outputs obtained are entirely compatible with the own commands of Mathematica. This package could become a tool in the process of Teaching course learning differential geometry of undergraduate.

The solar radiation that reaches the earth is the fundamental source of renewable energy in nature, therefore, knowing the local solar radiation is essential for many applications. The objective of this study was to model the behavior of daily solar radiation in the city of Bagua, which allows us to plan and design strategies oriented towards the use of the primary source of renewable energy. For this, the Fernández-Zayas model has been used, which considers the parameters of the monthly  average of the maximum global solar radiation and the length of the solar day. The methodology is of the analytical type and consisted of three phases: The first, data collection and filtering of the meteorological station of the Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza National University of Amazonas that is located in the study area; in the second, the model was implemented using the MATLAB / GUI interface, obtaining the simulation of solar radiation; and in the third, the model was validated by error goodness statistics and table t. The estimate of daily solar radiation was calculated and discussed. The results obtained are useful for any application of solar energy in the city of Bagua, Amazonas region, Peru.

This research aimed to formulate a Bayesian model based on the Naive Bayes algorithm, to predict morbidity in neonates in a case study of pregnant mothers in Metropolitan Lima. The study uses mathematical algorithms for the exploitation of information in prevention of possible health-related problems. 13 predictive nutritional variables proposed by Krauss were raised. The model consists first of all, in the collection of the nutritional information in a controlled way of the pregnant women involved, then, the information is analyzed to determine the relationship of the most influential variables for the model, then the Bayesian model of acyclic characteristic was constructed and directed composed of nodes and edges, because the variables directly affected to the morbidity of the neonate are known and finally the model affected by the statistical results of the nutritional variables is validated, as part of the process of formulating the model and by experts judgment in the topic. The results conclude that the predictive variables that directly influence are: breads, sugars, oils, fats and salt; and conversely: fruits, water, vegetables and vegetables; the model also predicts the morbidity of the newborn with a probability of 92% and an error of 8.0%.

The principles of the penal right constitute barriers for the exercise ofthe power of the state. However, these principles only represent formal limits. The law and the morals are historical products. In another sense the paper of the organs of the state are defined by the constitution as supreme law in the country. In the economical crime the minimal penal law, the offensive conduct, legality and guilt constitute a limits of the power the state. The society is who can establish limits to the state power in the penal law
