Resumen
From a normative and interdisciplinary approach, a critique of liberal-representative democracy is made based on the principal-agent model, which entails identifying a conflict of political interest that vitiates representative government. It is then shown how this conflict, in different versions, appears in theories of political science, public administration and law, and that its resolution repeatedly implies a certain separation of powers. Based on this analysis, a new foundation for democracy is proposed, consisting of direct popular ownership of the political system, which can be institutionalized in a Citizens’ Power.

Resumen
This article deals with the cultural and socio-political-juridical processes of the denial of the rights of Latin American Indigenous Peoples. Monist law as a Western cultural product destroyed lives, practices, institutionalities and differentiated thoughts, hegemonizing colonial cosmovisions and epistemes. Critical movements guided by the action of reflection unveiled these institutionalized violences, triggering processes of multicultural, pluricultural and plurinational constitutionalization that positiveized ways of being, knowing and acting in the community of the “pluriverses” indigenous life systems based on good living (sumak kawsay, suma qamaña and ñandereko). The New Latin American Constitutionalism recovers the democratic and liberating character of rights.

Resumen
itionally, anarchist political thought has found in divinity a theoretical object of opposition. The aim of this study is to explore the theological-political problem in the work of Mijaíl Bakunin and Max Stirner, which develop antithetical anarchist paradigms grounded in a shared critique to the idea of God, and thus understand how the conceptualization of God in these two authors influences their political philosophy and how their doctrinal developments are diversely related.

Resumen
Giovanni Sabadino degli Arienti (Bologna, 1445 ca. – May, 29th 1510) was one of the leading exponents of Bolognese letters in the last third of the Quattrocento. One of his most prolific periods as a writer took place between the second half of the 1480s and the early years of the following decade. In this lapse of time, the author’s work began to echo the so-called “Querelle des femmes” and Sabadino began to concern himself with different aspects of women’s lives, which became the focus of three of his works: the Trattato della pudicizia (1487), the Gynevera de le clare donne (1489-1490) and the Elogio di Isabella (1493 ca.). In this paper we analyse these three works in order to trace the way in which the author’s philogynist concerns are conceived and shaped.

Resumen
This article aims to explain the political fact of the Spanish neoconservatives who following the American neoconsimported their doctrines on foreign policy, especially the Benevolent Hegemony theory that justifies by virtue of North American power and its democratic ideals: the subordination Western states versus the United States. The article makes generic considerations about the neocon phenomenon in Spain. The main writings of the most recognized Spanish neocons and their influence on public opinion are studied and the article ends by denying the opinion of renowned professors such as Celestino del Arenal, José Antonio Sanahuja and Manuel Iglesias Cavicchioli who maintain that the Spanish neocons were responsible for the foreign policy of José María Aznar in his second term between 2002 and 2004.

Resumen
This article reviews the approaches of variant criticism and textual genetics to drafts, manuscripts or unpublished texts. This branch of philology has proposed new ways of approaching and studying canonical works, offering unknown information that had remained in the private sphere of the text. However, this discipline has not yet been examined from the point of view of feminist literary criticism. For this reason, this study investigates the new proposals that can be put forward in the analysis of both canonical works and unpublished texts by merging the methodologies of textual genetics and gynocriticism, giving a new name to this line of research and work: gynogenetics.

Resumen
In the Discorso del lattare i figliuoli dalle madri (1542) the Italian humanist Sperone Speroni approaches a topic of interest in the Renaissance: whether women should breastfeed their own children or leave them in the care of a nurse. The analysis of this text is confronted with those of other humanists of the 14th century - Francesco de Barbaro and Leon Battista Alberti - and of the 15th century - mainly Erasmus of Rotterdam, but also Juan Luis Vives, Fray Luis de León, Pedro de Luján and Antonio de Guevara - in order to understand how the defense of breastfeeding is one of the key elements of the new concept of family and mother in modern society.

Resumen
A new properly cynical discursive style is spreading in current liberal democracies. This paper traces a genealogy of this political cynicism starting from the political liberalism of John Rawls and making a stopover in Chantal Mouffe’s agonistic theory of democracy, and tries to show that the overcoming of the political liberalism that the agonistic theory has been proposing for years seems to be finally carried out through cynicism, although with different results than expected: the expansion of cynicism in the public sphere must be understood as a degradation of public debate with disturbing political consequences.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to illustrate the contribution that the polygrapher Ludovico Domenichi made to the debate on the Querelle des femmes in 1500sItaly. Domenichi’s production in this study is divided into three different groups: the first includes the works written by Domenichi as an author, focusing on the first text that deals with the subject, namely Nobility of Women (1549). The second group analyses works written by women but promoted and edited by the polygraph, where we will specifically analyse the Rime della signora Laura Terracina (1548). Finally, the third parágraph illustrates some dedications of works written by Domenichi and addressed to noblewomen of the time, focusing on those found in the Rime of 1544.

Resumen
One of the publicity tools used by British and then American suffragists was theatre. Suffragist theatre was written for a clear purpose, which was none other than political propaganda and performance as part of the campaign being conducted. In many cases, the plays performed reflected the situation in which women lived, denouncing their circumstances; in others, they were didactic works, explaining in a very simple and clear way the actions that were being carried out to secure women's rights.
