The literature suggests that metropolitan spaces are characterized by the emergence of new issues to be resolved, new intervening actors and new coordinationrelationships, thus configuring complex governance. Although this has been ofinterest to specialists, there is little development of studies that address this issuein the South American context, as part of the global south. This article triesto make a contribution to this question by studying the case of governance inthe Metropolitan Region of Córdoba, Argentina, 2019. The analysis shows: a)a diversity of relationships that articulate governmental and non-governmentalactors from different levels, participating in multiple forums and coordinationrelationships around various issues. b) a network of coordination relationshipsthat shows a polycentric and multilevel governance; c) finally, it suggests a polycentrality given by the performance of some local governments that have greaterinstitutional complexity.

The article describes the intergovernmental relations (IGR) in the hydrologicalplanning processes corresponding to Spanish part of the Tajo River basin district. The methodology applied includes conducting and analyzing interviewswith representatives of the central administration, the autonomous communities,and experts, as well as the compilation and analysis of documentary sources. Thehydrological planning processes give rise to a variety of IGRs, both vertical andhorizontal, led by the hydrographic confederation and the segments of the autonomous administrations specialized in water policy. The planning procedure andthe existing relationship instruments give a voice to the subnational governments,which have an unequal influence on the basin organization, although the scopeof the IGRs does not allow us to speak of the existence of a co-decision process.

This paper proposes the intertextual relationship that reveals some elements of the Greek myth in the dramaturgy of the 20th century. Eugene ONeill was a representative American writer in this sense. It is a discursive reading of the search in the form and content of textual polysemy, in dramaturgy as a dialectical, anachronistic and synchronic phenomenon at the same time and in the co-inheritance that the presence of the Greek myth still has today.It starts from the cyclical process of transcendental thematic reading that has arisen in drama over time.The hermeneutic reading arises in the Greek myth of Hippolytus in the drama of Euripides which, in turn, refers to both the myth of Phaedra and Medea, who are heroines who kill their children; and Hippolytus's rejection of the goddess Aphrodite in his representation of the force of Eros in relation to one of O'Neill's most representative works: Desire under the elms.

In several of the stories of Siluetas de la maternal (Carmen Lyra, 1929) and Bananos y hombres (1931), in what corresponds to a markedly naturalist approach, we find the marginal, the socially evicted, the men, women and children marked by despair, by defeat, by sadness and dispossession. It is the world of the socially expelled, those who go through life without promises, and who are marked by the impossibility of overcoming the obstacles they face. Like baldomerolillanos characters, the persistence of existential dispossession marks the evolution of these characters. It is the harshness of a life lacking that drags and subdues them. It is the defeat of the excluded, immersed in the violence that marks them and defines them as social pariahs. It is intended to give an account of what it means, from the narrative production of this author, the world of the dispossessed, the prevailing adverse conditions they must face and the impossibility of a better social condition. For this, the reading, analysis and review of Lyra's texts is a vital methodological element, in order to make visible this type of existential problem.

In the particular case of Freire's liberating proposal, its anthropological basis marks the course of its dialogic action in a double function: a) as self-production of effective identity from dialogicity and encounter; b) to reveal the anti-dialogic nature of the capitalist mode of production. Its logic undermines the possibility of building mutual-participatory relationships when assign inertial identities built from empty signifiers that make up a hegemonic sense of reality. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze the way in which dialogicity and anti-dialogicity are part of this dialectical process of liberating self-production and disclosure of the logic of submission in the quotidian. Methodologically, hermeneutics is used as an interpretation of Freire's dialogic text, with categorical support from authors such as Laclau (empty signifier and floating signifiers) and Therborn (three levels of construction of reality).

The theme of this research explains how the discourse of gossip contributes to the formation of knowledge from the integration of various socio-cognitive and cultural processes, and how it is represented in the literature through the functionality of the imaginary of gossip. To exemplify this process, analyze the contribution of the imaginary of gossip in the construction of common sense and knowledge of beliefs in the latest novel by the Argentine writer Manuel Puig, Cae la noche tropical.

La gran aventura LEGO (2014) se promocionó como una película infantil debido a que se basaba en la memorable línea de juguetes de construcción LEGO, cuyas figuras se animaron con gráficos computarizados. No obstante, el análisis de los recursos humorísticos del filme, así como de su contenido temático revela que el mensaje principal de la película se dirige a un público adulto. Este artículo revisará el humor negro y la comedia física del tipo slapstick, las referencias al mundo corporativo, la concepción distópica de la sociedad y la historia dentro de la historia de La gran aventura LEGO, elementos sustantivos del filme que apelan a los adultos y no a los menores de edad.
