Resumo: O presente artigo apresenta a importância da evolução do marketing de relacionamento dentro de uma organização, ligando o consumidor e a instituição, analisando e utilizando o produto, preço, praça e promoção, adquirindo uma visão de construir um relacionamento proporcionando a satisfação aos clientes, buscando sempre a fidelização dos clientes. Tem como objetivo analisar e identificar os impactos gerados no consumidor levando em conta o grande avanço das mídias sociais.  Ademais, o trabalho utilizou a pesquisa de campo, quantitativa para levantar informações sobre a visão dos clientes sobre o marketing de relacionamento, proporcionando o conhecimento, desejo e a necessidade do consumidor e na  pesquisa bibliográfica, foram utilizados os autores de marketing ampliando ainda mais o conhecimento sobre a utilização do marketing de relacionamento dentro de uma empresa e a sua importância, ampliando o conhecimento e utilizado a internet a seu favor, como foi observado nos resultados positivos obtidos.  Palavras-chave: Marketing. Evolução do marketing.Abstract: This article presents great importance of the evolution of relationship marketing within an organization, linking the consumer and the institution, analyzing and using the product, price, place and promotion, acquiring a vision of building a relationship providing customer satisfaction, seeking always customer loyalty. It aims to analyze and identify the impacts generated on the consumer taking into account the great advance of social media. In addition, the work used quantitative field research to gather information about the customers' view of relationship marketing, providing the knowledge, desire and need of the consumer and the bibliographic research, several marketing authors were used, further expanding the knowledge about the use of relationship marketing within a company and its importance, expanding knowledge and using the internet in its favor, as observed in the positive results obtained. .Keywords: Marketing. Resumo:O objetivo deste estudo consiste em elaborar uma revisão bibliográfica integrativa de estudo que aborda os principais impactos do bruxismo na vida adulta. O presente estudo se classifica como uma revisão integrativa de literatura, que utilizou como base para sua elucidação estudos publicados entre 2017 a 2022, nas principais bases de dados em periódicos da área de ciências e saúde, online como: PubMed, Scielo, Lilacs e Libary. A condução do estudo partiu mediante o estabelecimento dos critérios de elegibilidade, determinados como estudos transversais de caráter observacional clínico, estudos clínicos randomizados, estudos longitudinais que apresentassem dados relacionados as consequências do bruxismo na vida adulta. Após as buscas foram selecionados 9 artigos que corroboraram e atendiam a pergunta norteadora estabelecida para este estudo. Conclui-se que a manifestação do bruxismo intensifica os fatores predisponentes, pois seu acometimento estimula a nível sistêmico, alterações psicoemocionais além de dor física, desconforto psicológico, incapacidade mentalPalavras-Chave: Bruxismo; Síndrome da Disfunção da articulação temporomandibular; Etiologia; Oclusão dentária.Abstract: The aim of this study is to prepare an integrative bibliographic review of a study that addresses the main impacts of bruxism in adult life. The present study is classified as an integrative literature review, which used as a basis for its elucidation studies published between 2017 and 2022, in the main databases in science and health journals, online such as: PubMed, Scielo, Lilacs and Libary. The conduct of the study started by establishing the eligibility criteria, determined as cross-sectional clinical observational studies, randomized clinical studies, longitudinal studies that presented data related to the consequences of bruxism in adult life. After the searches, 9 articles were selected that corroborated and answered the guiding question established for this study. It is concluded that the manifestation of bruxism intensifies the predisposing factors, As its involvement stimulates at a systemic level, psycho-emotional changes in addition to physical pain, psychological discomfort, mental disability.Keywords: Bruxism; Temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome; Etiology; dental occlusion 

Resumo:O envelhecimento é um processo lento e gradual, que afeta principalmente a pele, não é possível evitar esse processo, entretanto tem-se conseguido gerenciar o envelhecimento. Existem várias maneiras de se tratar o envelhecimento cutâneo, entre elas destaca-se o uso tópico da vitamina A tópica e seus derivados. Neste contexto o objetivo deste artigo é analisar os benefícios da utilização tópica da vitamina A e seus derivados, na prevenção do envelhecimento cutâneo, através de uma revisão bibliográfica descritiva com abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados demonstram que a vitamina A é um micronutriente lipossolúvel que o corpo humano não fabrica, é um termo genérico que abrange o retinol, retinal, ácido retinóico e éster de retilina, também inclui os carotenoides. Estes ativos apresentam diversas funções, dentre as quais as atividades antioxidante, regeneradora dérmica, renovadores epidérmicos e tensores. Concluiu-se que a utilização da vitamina A e seus derivados, traz benefícios, na prevenção do envelhecimento cutânePalavras-chaves: Envelhecimento Cutâneo; Ativos Cosméticos; Vitamina A e seus derivados. Abstract: Aging is a slow and gradual process, which mainly affects the skin, it is not possible to avoid this process, however, aging has been managed. There are several ways to treat skin aging, among them the topical use of topical vitamin A and its derivatives. In this context, the objective of this article is to analyze the benefits of the topical use of vitamin A and its derivatives, in the prevention of skin aging, through a descriptive literature review with a qualitative approach. The results demonstrate that vitamin A is a fat-soluble micronutrient that the human body does not manufacture, it is a generic term that encompasses retinol, retinal, retinoic acid and retilin ester, it also includes carotenoids. These actives have several functions, including antioxidant, dermal regenerator, epidermal renewers and tensor activities. It was concluded that the use of vitamin A and its derivatives brings benefits in the prevention of skin aging.Keywords: Skin Aging; Cosmetic Assets; Vitamin A and its derivatives. 

Resumo: O sorriso gengival é um problema estético muito comum que consiste na exposição excessiva de tecido gengival durante o sorriso, proporcionando grande desconforto ao paciente. A sua etiologia é multifatorial, por isso o planejamento do seu tratamento  perpassa por um diagnóstico corre toda causa e seleção das possibilidades terapêuticas indicadas. O objetivo desse estudo foi, por meio da literatura, enfatizar os principais fatores etiológicos, além de auxiliar no diagnóstico e na escolha dos tratamentos mais indicados para correção de sorriso gengival. Tratou-se de uma revisão de literatura com pesquisa nas bases de dados Lilacs, Pubmed e Scielo, com a assistência dos descritores em saúde: “Gengivectomia” (Gengivectomy); “Estética” (Aesthetic); “Sorriso”(Smile). A etiologia do sorriso gengival pode estar associada a fatores dentários, musculares, gengivais ou esqueléticos e o seu tratamento inclui terapias ortodônticas, periodontais e cirúrgicas, requerendo, muitas vezes, o tratamento interdisciplinar. O planejamento terapêutico do Sorriso Gengival deve ser individualizado, com o intuito de estabelecer excelência e satisfação do paciente no resultado final, oferecendo estética, harmonia e funcionalidade. Palavras-chave: Gengivectomia; Estética; Sorriso. Abstract: Gummy smile is a very common aesthetic problem that consists of excessive exposure of gingival tissue during the smile, causing great discomfort to the patient. Its etiology is multifactorial, so treatment planning involves a correct diagnosis of the cause and selection of therapeutic possibilities. indicated. The objective of this study was, through the literature, to emphasize the main etiological factors, in addition to helping in the diagnosis and choice of the most suitable treatments for the correction of gummy smile. This was a literature review with a search in the Lilacs, Pubmed and Scielo databases, with the assistance of the health descriptors: ''Gingivectomy''(Gingivectomy); ''Aesthetics''(Aesthetic); “Smile” (Smile). The etiology of gummy smile can be associated with dental, muscular, gingival or skeletal factors and its treatment includes orthodontic, periodontal and surgical therapies, often requiring interdisciplinary treatment. The therapeutic planning of Sorriso Gingival must be individualized, in order to establish excellence and patient satisfaction in the final result, offering aesthetics, harmony and functionality.Keywords: Gingivectomy; aesthetics; Smile.  

Resumo: Este buscou demonstrar como a inteligência emocional é importante para os líderes das gerações Y e Z. Utilizou-se a metodologia qualitativa, sendo o procedimento de pesquisa bibliográfica baseado em estudos já realizados sobre o tema. A pesquisa apontou que a geração Y é confortável para com uso de tecnologias, motivada, aberta a desafios, contudo, demonstrou-se disposta a constantes trocas de emprego; a geração Z é mais aliada ao diálogo aberto, tolerante, mas possui problemas como foco. Concluiu-se que o líder precisa levar em conta as necessidades e habilidades de cada grupo, a fim de que consiga usar sua inteligência emocional da melhor forma possível, considerando que a geração Y e a geração Z possuem diferenças fundamentais entre si, onde o papel da liderança é necessário para conseguir o engajamento destes. Conhecendo as motivações, é possível entender como liderá-los.Palavras-Chave: Gerações Y e Z. Liderança. Inteligência Emocional.Abstract: It sought to demonstrate how emotional intelligence is important for leaders of generations Y and Z. A qualitative methodology was used, and the bibliographic research procedure was based on studies already carried out on the subject. The survey pointed out that generation Y is comfortable with the use of technologies, motivated, open to challenges, however, they were willing to constantly change jobs; Generation Z is more allied with open, tolerant dialogue, but has problems as a focus. It was concluded that the leader needs to consider the needs and abilities of each group, in order to be able to use their emotional intelligence in the best possible way, considering that generation Y and generation Z have fundamental differences between them, where the role of leadership is necessary to get their engagement. A estética corporal, ganhou visibilidade nas últimas décadas com ênfase nas questões relativas tanto a vaidade, como à saúde mental e bem-estar geral. No passado mulheres na faixa dos 30-40 anos tinham enormes preocupações ao começarem a depararem-se com as primeiras marcas do tempo como rugas e flacidez cutânea, sem contarem com tratamentos eficazes. A pele, maior órgão do corpo humano, é o principal objeto de estudo na área da estética e este artigo consiste em revisão bibliográfica com o fim de analisar o microagulhamento no tratamento de estrias em mulheres no puerpério.  Para tal, levantou-se um total de 44 artigos, sendo destes excluídos 28 com base em títulos e resumos, restando 16 para leitura completa, dos quais apenas 5 foram funcionais para responder às hipóteses desta pesquisa que conclui que o microagulhamento é um procedimento efetivamente seguro no tratamento das estrias, desde que realizado por um profissional habilitado. Abstract: Body aesthetics has gained visibility in recent decades with an emphasis on issues related to vanity, mental health and general well-being. In the past, women in their 30s and 40s had enormous concerns when they began to face the first marks of time such as wrinkles and sagging skin, without having effective treatments. The skin, the largest organ of the human body, is the main object of study in the area of aesthetics and this article consists of a literature review in order to analyze micro needling in the treatment of stretch marks in women in the puerperium. To this end, a total of 44 articles were raised, of which 28 were excluded based on titles and abstracts, leaving 16 for full reading, of which only 5 were functional to answer the hypotheses of this research that concludes that micro needling is an effectively safe in the treatment of stretch marks, as long as it is performed by a qualified professional.

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo verificar a eficácia do uso tópico da vitamina C como tratamento preventivo no envelhecimento cutâneo precoce. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, tendo como fonte de dados artigos científicos já existentes. Para levantamento dos artigos, foram realizadas pesquisas nas bases de dados: LILACS, Dialnet, Medline e Scielo, usando os descritores: ácido ascórbico; vitamina C; antioxidante; radicais livres e envelhecimento cutâneo. Os estudos avaliados sugerem que o envelhecimento cutâneo precoce pode ser amenizado a partir da utilização de cosméticos que contenham vitamina C em sua composição visto que sua ação antioxidante promove uma hidratação profunda, tornando a pele iluminada, jovem e saudável, além de previnir e amenizar rugas e linhas de expressão, aumentando a elasticidade da pele e promovendo a síntese de colágeno.Abstract: This research aims to verify the effectiveness of the topical use of vitamin C as a preventive treatment in premature skin aging. This is an integrative literature review, using existing scientific articles as a source of data. To survey the articles, searches were carried out in the following databases: LILACS, Dialnet, Medline and Scielo, using the descriptors: ascorbic acid; vitamin C; antioxidant; free radicals and skin aging. The studies evaluated suggest that premature skin aging can be mitigated through the use of cosmetics that contain vitamin C in their composition, since its antioxidant action promotes deep hydration, making the skin bright, young and healthy, in addition to preventing and softening wrinkles. and expression lines, increasing skin elasticity and promoting collagen synthesis.Keywords: Vitamin C; Ascorbic acid; antioxidant; skin aging and free radicals.

Resumo: A liderança é apresentada como um dos fatores com maior impacto no sucesso de uma empresa, destacando o importante papel que ela desempenha na motivação das pessoas no trabalho. Este estudo teve como objetivo geral, compreender o papel da liderança como fator de mudança e influência na motivação dos colaboradores dentro de uma organização. A metodologia adotada nesta pesquisa representa um estudo de cunho bibliográfico e exploratório fundamentado em sites, livros, artigos e revista. Os resultados demonstraram que as pessoas são a chave para um bom desenvolvimento organizacional, o estudo da relação entre liderança e motivação é particularmente relevante. O objetivo é lançar luz sobre este tema e, acima de tudo, estimular a pesquisa e a inovação. Diante disso, conclui-se que que o grande desafio dos líderes de hoje é administrar toda essa diversidade de ideias, criatividade e pessoas únicas com diferentes percepções dentro de uma organização.Palavras-chave: Organização; Liderança; Influência; Motivação. Abstract: Leadership is presented as one of the factors with the greatest impact on the success of a company, highlighting the important role it plays in motivating people at work. This study had the general objective of understanding the role of leadership as a factor of change and influence on the motivation of employees within an organization. The methodology adopted in this research represents a bibliographic and exploratory study based on websites, books, articles, and magazines. The results showed that people are the key to good organizational development, and the study of the relationship between leadership and motivation is particularly relevant. The aim is to shed light on this subject and, above all, to stimulate research and innovation. Given this, it is concluded that the great challenge for today's leaders is to manage all this diversity of ideas, creativity, and unique people with different perceptions within an organization.Keywords: Organization; Leadership; Influence; Motivation.

A estimulação de pontos de acupuntura tem mostrado efeito benéfico no tratamento da acne, no entanto, falta uma avaliação abrangente das evidências clínicas atuais. O objetivo desta revisão foi avaliar as pesquisas realizadas nos últimos 5 anos sobre o tratamento da acne por acupuntura. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa utilizando como base de dados o Portal Regional da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde. Quatro artigos participaram desta revisão. Todos os artigos encontrados eram artigos de pesquisa, propondo uma pesquisa, informando a metodologia utilizada para avaliar o tratamento da acne por acupuntura. A conclusão deste estudo é que de acupuntura não tem evidência para o tratamento da acne. Embora algumas pesquisas já apontem efeitos benéficos deste tratamento, mais estudos grandes e rigorosamente projetados são necessários para confirmar esses achados.Abstract: Stimulation of acupuncture points has shown a beneficial effect in the treatment of acne, however, a comprehensive assessment of current clinical evidence is lacking. The purpose of this review was to evaluate the research carried out in the last 5 years on the treatment of acne by acupuncture. An integrative review was carried out using the Regional Portal of the Virtual Health Library as a database. Four articles participated in this review. All the articles found were research articles, proposing a research, informing the methodology used to evaluate the treatment of acne by acupuncture. The conclusion of this study is that acupuncture has no evidence for the treatment of acne. Although some research already points to beneficial effects of this treatment, more large and rigorously designed studies are needed to confirm these findings.

Resumo: A polimixina B é um antimicrobiano polipeptídico com atividade bactericida contra bactérias aeróbias gram-negativas, inclusive contra bactérias multirresistentes. A neuro e a nefrotoxicidade são efeitos colaterais consagrados, porém foi observado presença de hiperpigmentação cutânea marrom-acastanhada em face, pescoço, em região posterior do tronco, nádegas e região posterior e proximal dos membros inferiores cinco dias após o início da administração deste antibiótico em uma paciente internada na Enfermaria de Clínica Médica de um hospital do interior do Estado do Ceará. A hiperpigmentação cutânea induzida por Polimixina B é um efeito colateral considerado pouco descrito na literatura médica. Os mecanismos etiopatogênicos que causam esta alteração rara permanecem desconhecidos, mas podem envolver reações de estresse oxidativo, provocando uma liberação de histamina, que tem efeito melanogênico, culminando com a deposição de melanina na derme. Ainda que não seja um efeito adverso com risco de vida, a hiperpigmentação cutânea pode gerar danos estéticos importantes, além de distúrbios psicológicos, porém várias questões a respeito dessa reação permanecem obscuras, como possíveis terapêuticas que poderiam ser utilizadas e prognóstico. Diante disso, o objetivo deste Trabalho foi relatar um caso de hiperpigmentação cutânea induzida por Polimixina B em paciente internada no setor de Enfermaria de Clínica Médica em um hospital do interior do Estado do Ceará, além de revisar a literatura sobre o mesmo assunto. Para isso, foi realizada uma busca ativa dos dados clínico-epidemiológicos e socioambientais presentes nos arquivos do hospital em questão, no prontuário da paciente, além de busca e leitura de periódicos nas bases de dados PubMed e SciELO no ano de 2022.Palavras-chave: Hiperpigmentação cutânea; Polimixina B. Abstract: Polymyxin B is a polypeptide antimicrobial with bactericidal activity against aerobic gram-negative bacteria, including multidrug-resistant bacteria. Neurotoxicity and nephrotoxicity are consecrated side effects, but brown-brown cutaneous hyperpigmentation was observed on the face, neck, posterior region of the trunk, buttocks and posterior and proximal regions of the lower limbs five days after the beginning of the administration of this antibiotic in a patient hospitalized in the Internal Medicine Infirmary of a hospital in the interior of the State of Ceará. Polymyxin B-induced cutaneous hyperpigmentation is a side effect considered to be poorly described in the medical literature. The etiopathogenic mechanisms that cause this rare alteration remain unknown, but they may involve oxidative stress reactions, causing a release of histamine, which has a melanogenic effect, culminating in the deposition of melanin in the dermis. Although not a life-threatening adverse effect, cutaneous hyperpigmentation can cause significant aesthetic damage, in addition to psychological disorders, but several questions regarding this reaction remain unclear, such as possible therapies that could be used and prognosis. Therefore, the objective of this work was to report a case of cutaneous hyperpigmentation induced by Polymyxin B in a patient admitted to the Internal Medicine Infirmary in a hospital in the interior of the State of Ceará, in addition to reviewing the literature on the same subject. For this, an active search was carried out for the clinical-epidemiological and socio-environmental data present in the files of the hospital in question, in the patient's chart, in addition to searching and reading journals in the PubMed and SciELO databases in the year 2022.Keywords: Skin hyperpigmentation; Polymyxin B.
