Every pictorial activity requires an intellectual process, but when this activity is part of the mechanism of the cinema production, the artist should play with more elements than those entailed when facing the canvas. He should have not only gone into the laws of perspective, but he should have a mediological knowledge of the camera, of the device itself, and an application of these skills according to the final shot, not to a work ready to be shown. This statement applies both to the pictorial techniques used in the early cinema and the present digital innovations.

This paper focuses on how propaganda works considering the current case of the war on Irak. Following this example, our hypothesis consists of an unprecedented expansion of propagandist codes and discourses that are spreading in the most important mass-media, beyond the limits of conventional informative genre or political discourse. Hence, mass culture might be changing into the scenario of a permanent war parallel to the new war conflicts of the global era.

The present article treats sports on television emphasizing on live events. It analyses the dramatic elements that includes these types of programmes as a television genre. The increasing use of technology on television is creating new ways of visions in these sporting programmes. The interdependence between sport and television has reached such proportions that today it is impossible to understand one without the other.

The last century as experience a boom of visibility triggered by the increasing image production. We have, thus, begun to share our space and lifetime with them, granting them the status of human beings. Its inteligence and independency are surprising and it can lately be said that they also own a will of its own, fot they know exactly what they want to obtain from other images and us, three dimensional beings, made of flesh and bones. The device of appropiating someone elses strengths was what Brazilian Avant-Garde of last century's twenties called Anthropophagy. It actually consists of a device that differentiates into four distinct operations with images and bodies: a) Bodies that devouir images; b) images that devouir images; c) bodies that devouir images and d) images that devouir bodies. Thus, an iconophagy, apart from na anthropophagy, it is also constituted.

The representation of belonging to any territorial unit has always been organised around inclusive logics wich usually started from local places and spread ad concentric and discontinous circles up to regional, national and international places. The space and time changes generated by new communication ways wich are allowed by communication technology have generated new dynamics of unterritorial transnationalisms where are not restricted to a territory, but are widely extended and spread in a net, are growning up. These communication nets take the global net of computers as the technosymbolic base for the appearance of something called the transnational imagined –virtual community. The so– called cyberspace and cyberculture are the typical universes where the dynamics of transnationalisms are able to express themselves widely.

This paper presents a differentation between the post-structuralist concept of net and the own virtual maximization of digitalized media. This differentation transcends the notion of self which Foucault subordinates to governability of a supra-subjetive activity (subjectivation). The alternative condition that stands out comes from the meaning of identity in as much as "relational invariant", concept which Kant anticipated and which constitutes the hyperformalized nucleus of digital network. Such hyper-formalization (virtualization of a system of relations) requires a priori the contingent activity which already supposed Foucauld's subjectivation. This integration between the formalized character of the network and the participation which requiered the individuals supposes an ethical criterion which admits both the contingency of the decision and the planetary condition of the activity.

This study analyses the use of vote interactive systems to television communication and, in particular, to Operación Triunfo programme. The democratic character of these votes, the role of the audience, and the persuasive strategies applied to it are study in order to define an appropiate context. Finally, direct and indirect commercial implications are discussed. The direct ones are related to the direct economical benefits generated by these votes, whereas the second ones refer to votes use as a market researches orientated to a later introduction of the contestants in the musical market.

The concept of national cinema is questioned, and is focused to the light of new expositions as well as from cultural perspectives oriented by very diverse criteria of authority. Under plural methodologic expositions, the historiography around the Spanish Cinema is analyzed and the rewriting of its History is glimpsed by means of an investigation where predominates the interdisciplinar and group approach.
