A Revista da Escola de Guerra Naval é uma publicação quadrimestral, vinculada ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Estudos Marítimos (PPGEM), sem fins lucrativos, que publica, artigos científicos, além de, eventualmente, comunicações e resenhas de livros. A linha editorial tem seu foco em trabalhos que contribuam para o desenvolvimento de um pensamento estratégico autóctone em matéria de Defesa, particularmente no que se refere ao Poder Marítimo.
