El Boletín mexicano de derecho comparado cuenta con cuatro secciones: artículos, estudios legislativos, bibliografía e información. A través de los trabajos publicados en dichas secciones, esta revista jurídica busca contribuir a lograr los fines del Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la UNAM: difundir la investigación jurídica enfocada primordialmente a la solución de los problemas nacionales; aportar información científica sobre las distintas disciplinas jurídicas; prestar apoyo a las actividades docentes y la investigación en la UNAM y en otras instituciones del país o del extranjero; y contribuir con ello a la formación de profesionales del derecho útiles a la sociedad.
The Boletin Mexicano de Derecho Comparado has four sections: articles, legislative studies, bibliography and information. Through the works published in these sections, this law review seeks to contribute to reach the goals of the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas of the UNAM: to divulge legal research which is focused primarily to find solutions to the problems of Mexico; to produce scientific information concerning the different areas of the law; to give support to teaching and research done at the UNAM, and at other Mexican and foreign institutions; and to contribute to the improvement of the legal profession.
