Resumen
Usually, Sanskrit derivation description consists of rules of segmentation and concatenation according to the model of morphological analysis based on morphemes. However, there are certain patterns in which the relationships between the form and the meaning of the theoretically segmented subunits are not satisfactorily analyzed. Given this problem, an analysis model based on word schemes is applied to perform a partial and approximate morphological analysis of the Sanskrit lexicon. The word schemes outline bipartite morphological correspondences (derivation processes). The most relevant achievement is a homogeneous list that represents the establishment of natural morphological relationships that from the perspective based on morphemes are left aside. It is concluded that the derivation in Sanskrit is thus an empirical study, effective and intuitive, that benefits from a functional perspective based on use.

Resumen
Translation of the Mexican national anthem into indigenous languages serves as a platform for the complex intersections between education, expression of indigenous identity, and Mexican nationalism, creating an indexical meaning that is negotiated and disputed in indigenous communities. Translating a coun‑ try’s anthem into an indigenous language raises further questions of semiotic techniques arising from a professed desire to integrate indigenous people into the larger Mexican society and which highlights language ideologies and power dynamics. Here, I describe the translation of the Mexican national anthem into the Chatino language of San Juan Quiahije, Oaxaca, Mexico. The text is provided in its entirety along with a comparative textual analysis of the translation. New cultural meanings that arise from the translation itself are examined, as well as the impact and implications of the performance of the national anthem in preschool and elementary schools. This case study exemplifies that in order to genuinely embrace indigenous languages in Mexico, the federal government must support the use of indigenous languages in public institutions, such as schools. Such projects will be most successful when led by indigenous people.

Resumen
The present study describes the alternation of the expression (overt vs. null) of Spanish second person pronominal subjects (tú and usted) in data from Mexico City. The selection of these pronouns is due to the fact that they are part of the system of forms of address and it is assumed that being used to address the hearer favors their expression. For this reason, a sociolinguistic analysis of two factors related to the interaction is carried out: turn-taking structure and the use of direct speech. The results show that turn taking favors the presence of second person pronominal subjects only if they are referential, since in this context, their presence allows the speaker to address their interlocutor and to structure the conversation. However, contrary to expectations, it is not evident that the need to reproduce the dialogic structure in direct speech narratives favors its expression. Finally, it is clear that when second person pronominal subjects have a generic interpretation, they do not respond to these restrictions.

Resumen
This paper examines the alternation of the pronouns quien/el que in relative clauses without a human-referring antecedent in the 18th and 19th centuries. Based on a corpus of ‘language of immediacy’ (mainly private letters, but also diaries and memoirs), and using a variationist methodology, the study analyzes the linguistic and sociolinguistic factors that favor the survival of the constructions with quien as against the dominant use of el que. The research shows that, in the face of the advance of the clauses headed by el que, there are contexts in which the variant quien is very firm, which explains its gradual recovery from the second half of the 19th century.

Resumen
Northern Tepehuan or Ódami is a Uto-Aztecan language of the Tepiman branch. This document provides a critical overview of the available studies on the language proposing three phases for understanding the development of its descriptive tradition. Furthermore, it identifies future research areas that are urgent and those that are of a particular descriptive and theoretical interest.

Resumen
Introduction. The high rate of visible microbial contaminants in the establishment phase, as well as a low rate of multiplication, rooting and survival ex vitro, constitute the main problems during in vitro propagation in Bambusa vulgaris Schard. exWendl. The present work was carried out with the objective of proposing new alternatives for the propagation of Bambusa vulgarisSchard. exWendl combining traditional techniques.Methods. The influence of climatic conditions on the in vitro establishment of stem segments was determined. In addition, the effect of the culture conditions on the multiplied shoots in static liquid culture medium and temporary immersion systems was studied, as well as their response during the acclimatization phase.Results. Microbial contaminants with a high frequency of appearance associated with plants in cultivation and in vitro were identified for the first time. During the in vitro establishment of the axillary buds, 99 % sprouting and 98 % explants free of visible microbial contaminants were achieved between the months of January-April and November-December. It was shown that shoots multiplied between the sixth and eighth subculture with 12 μM 6-BAP can be used for multiplication in Temporary Immersion Systems. It was possible to increase the morpho-physiological and biochemical quality of the shoots grown in the SITs with the lowest concentration of 6-BAP (6,0μM) and an immersion time of 2 min, aspects little addressed in the bamboo species. The first studies in the species on the effect of sucrose on the morpho-physiological, anatomical and biochemical response of shoots in SITs during the in vitro- ex vitro transition were described. The plants brought to the grow house were able to emit between 4 and 7 new shoots with high survival rates during the extraction of suckers.
