La presente investigación titula “El clima organizacional en el área de seguridad ciudadana en las municipalidades distritales de Carmen Alto y Jesús Nazareno, en el Departamento de Ayacucho, en el año 2018” tuvo como objetivo establecer las diferencias entre el clima organizacional del área de seguridad ciudadana en las municipalidades distritales de Carmen Alto y Jesús Nazareno, en el departamento de Ayacucho, en el año 2018 y su importancia académica radica en ser fuente de investigación para docentes y alumnos sobre el tema. Metodológicamente el diseño de investigación es básico o puro, descriptivo y combina el enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo y transversal. La población compuesta por colaboradores de las municipalidades distritales de Carmen Alto y Jesús Nazareno; el muestreo fue estratificado. Se empleó como técnica la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento, apoyado por una entrevista. Como principal conclusión se obtuvo que no existen diferencias significativas entre el clima organizacional del área de seguridad ciudadana en las municipalidades distritales de Carmen Alto y Jesús Nazareno, en el departamento de Ayacucho, en el año 2018. Los resultados hallados permiten evidenciar de manera científica, problemas de clima organizacional en las municipalidades distritales de Carmen Alto y Jesús Nazareno, en el departamento de Ayacucho, aportando contenido informativo para solución de problemas parecidos, tanto en el departamento de Ayacucho como en otras zonas del país.

El objetivo consistió en determinar si liderazgo y la motivación se relacionan con la efectividad funcional en la EmpresaoPrestadora deoServicios “Chavín” S. A. en el 2019. Método se utilizó una investigación aplicada, diseño nooexperimental, deonivel correlacionali- causal; la población de 170 trabajadores, y la muestra probabilística fue igual a 118; con criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Laotécnica fue laoencuesta y el instrumento, el cuestionariooestructurado, debidamente validados por el juicio de expertos, la confiabilidad se obtuvo por el estadístico Alpha de Crombach. Obteniendo como resultado una relación directa y moderada entre el liderazgo y la efectividad funcional; así como la motivación y la efectividad funcional. Por lo que llegamos a la conclusión, que se ha determinado una correlación directa alta (r=0.652) muy significativo (p<0.01) entre Liderazgo y Efectividad sin considerar el efecto de la variable motivación. Considerando el efecto de la motivación, la correlación directa disminuye de alta a baja (r = 0.284) pero sigue existiendo una correlación significativa (p=0.002<0.05), seorechaza la hipótesisonula. Por lo tanto, el nivel de significancia de 95%, existe correlación entre liderazgo transformacional y efectividad Funcional considerando el efecto de la variable motivación.

The objective of the study was to determine how public management is related to the recovery of the Historic Center of Lima. Various empirical sources indicate that the loss or improper use of the built cultural heritage, together with the deficient control of the administrating authorities, contribute to its deterioration. The research was of a non-experimental design, of a descriptive correlational type and of a mixed approach. A non-probabilistic sample was used, made up of residents and economic agents who responded to a questionnaire, as well as functions and technicians of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima. The results show that there is a correlation of 0.73, which reflects a direct, positive and high relationship, finding significance between the variables studied, since p. value = 0.000 <α 0.05. Destruction of heritage and institutional disarticulation of the Historic Center of Lima, its complex and abundant regulations, and the lack of knowledge about its importance, represent the synthesis of the inadequate actions of public management for the recovery of the Historic Center of Lima.

The objective of this article is to determine how human resources management influences the quality of service to the users of the Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones, Headquarters of Lima – Peru, 2019. The study is descriptive and non-experimental cross-sectional design which was directed to a sample of 168 collaborators and 381 users. Among the obtained results, it has been determined that 34% of the employees surveyed almost never feel motivated by the work done and the 60% of the surveyed users consider that the treatment of the server is only sometimes adequate. It put forwards as value proposal an outline on personnel management processes and the bases for empowerment in decision making. There is a very significant relationship between the organizational climate, recognition of personnel, the commitment of collaborators; and the quality of service to the user for having found a p-value of 0.000 <α = 0.05 through the Rho Spearman correlation.

The objective of the study was to establish in what way, the management of the quality of service of the public sector, affect the satisfaction of the users of the free legal assistance centers of the General Directorate of Public Defense and Access to Justice -Lima 2020. It was developed under a mixed approach of non-experimental design, the sample was 298 users who were treated at the Lima free legal assistance center. Finding that, according to 63.8% of users, they have never been able to see that the complaints book is in a visible and accessible place. 46.3% have never noticed improvements in free legal advice services, from their first attention until now. According to users, regarding the time to obtain results in the legal assistance center, those who expressed being among very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, and indifferent, adding up to 61.7%. In the interview, it was found that one of the reasons that negatively influences the performance of defenders, as explained by the administrator, is “excess workload”. The Quality of Services in the Public Sector provided is related to the satisfaction of users in the free legal assistance centers.

The objective was to determine how the training activities are related to the performance of the servers of the offices of the Ministry of Agriculture of Amazonas, in the year 2019. It was a descriptive-relational investigation. A sample of 73 workers and 16 direct chiefs of the servers were established. It was found that, regarding the planning of the training and performance of the workers, an association was found, among these variables, finding a correlation of 0.50. There is also an association with the execution of training and the average performance, finding a correlation of 0.58. All this indicates that, although workers do not receive good training, their job performance is also regular. 62% of the workers expressed their agreement that the training contributes to the performance of the servers, presenting a similarity with (Mayurí, 2008), who found that 60% of the workers indicated that the training could always increase The performance of the workers

Nos es muy grato presentar a nuestros lectores el primer número del volumen VII de la Revista del Instituto de Gobierno y de Gestión Pública, una dependencia del Programa de Posgrado de la Universidad San Martín de Porres, que recoge en este medio experiencias de investigación de nuestros alumnos, exalumnos y distinguidos docentes, así como de investigadores invitados a desarrollar artículos en las diferentes áreas de la gestión pública. El tema de este número está dedicado a los sistemas administrativos del Estado en tiempos de la COVID-19.  En este volumen se pone a disposición de la comunidad académica 8 artículos de diversas especialidades.

Currently, different debates and discussions are taking place around social justice and the relevance of a critical perspective on education that contributes to the emancipation of students. Or in other words, to its possibilities to understand the ideologies that are behind the different hegemonic brands or senses in society, such as, for example, capitalism and patriarchy in Physical Education. In this sense, the objective of this article is to analyze the phenomenon of gender equality and educational inclusion in the subject, with emphasis on the situation in Chile. Thus, the mechanistic approach of the curriculum stands out as a barrier to social transformation, the passivity of teachers facing the problem and men as the main reproducers of that patriarchal culture. Finally, it is considered that the teaching staff must be rigorously trained in the subject and that they must differentiate the contents of the subject according to the social stereotypes that are associated.

La figura de Ticonio ha suscitado no pocas perplejidades en el contexto de los estudios de hermenéutica bíblica y eclesiología. En este contexto, la relación de Agustín con Ticonio no es diferente, pues no es clara la naturaleza de su vínculo, ni las razones por las cuales el primero no sólo se sirvió de las propuestas del segundo, sino que llevó a cabo su defensa ante sus correligionarios. De este modo, el presente texto propone avanzar en una hipótesis acerca del lugar de la obra de Ticonio en el pensamiento de Agustín, así como constatar el carácter conciliador, sintetizador y crítico del Obispo de Hipona, especialmente en el contexto de la polémica con los miembros del partido de Donato.
