Este trabajo es una invitación a interpelarnuestras prácticas docentes que están situadas en uncontexto sociopolítico e institucional, tienen un anclajeepistemológico delimitado por el campo de conocimientoparticular y se definen por las perspectivas teóricasy las opciones ideológicas-políticas. Preguntarsequé procesos de formación se están gestando en losprofesorados que permitan interpelar la propia trayectoriay generar educadores críticos con intencionalidadtransformativa, es una de las tareas que la Sociologíade la Educación desde perspectivas críticas se propone,a partir de algunos debates que compartimos eneste artículo. La formación pedagógica de profesoresuniversitarios para el nivel secundario y superior es undesafío para quienes tienen la convicción que no sólo elconocimiento disciplinar da forma a la práctica docente,sino que también requiere de un bagaje de saberes queden sentido al conocimiento específico, en una totalidadintegrada en la enseñanza. El quehacer pedagógicopareciera muchas veces desenvolverse con autonomíade principios éticos y políticos, y los modos de construirla relación docente-estudiantes en el aula universitariasólo circunscripta a los «contenidos críticos» de lasmaterias sin una apropiación anclada en la vivencia deuna práctica pedagógica alternativa, corre el riesgo deperder justamente su potencial transformador.

El presente trabajo constituye un avance de lainvestigación titulada: «Inclusión y obligatoriedad en laeducación secundaria: análisis de las políticas educativasnacionales y sus traducciones en la provincia de SantaFe», radicada en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educacióny Psicopedagogía de la Universidad Abierta Interamericana,sede regional Rosario. El objetivo general de lamisma consiste en identificar y analizar las nociones deinclusión en las políticas educativas nacionales para laeducación secundaria y sus traducciones en la provinciade Santa Fe desde el 2006 hasta la actualidad.En este primer avance se realiza un análisis de lasrelaciones, diálogos, tensiones y traducciones que sedesarrollan en lineamientos de la Organización de lasNaciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura-United Nations Educational, Scientific and CulturalOrganization (UNESCO), la Ley de Educación Nacional,las resoluciones del Consejo Federal de Educación84/09 y 93/09 y el Programa Secundario Completodesarrollado en la provincia de Santa Fe. Se analizanespecialmente los significados que subyacen, respectode las categorías inclusión y obligatoriedad en la educaciónsecundaria y los modos en que son plasmadose implementados en las políticas con el fin de dilucidarciertas continuidades y rupturas en sus sentidos.

In Argentina, the study of oral academic/scientific genres constitutes a quite unaddressed issuein linguistic research and, accordingly, in students’ education.In this work, we propose to describe −followingthe methodology for the analysis of textual architecturedeveloped by Bronckart (2004, 2013)− a corpus madeup of final oral exams and presentation scripts producedby first year students who attended the course ‘Practiceof oral and written communication’ in 2017 and 2018(Faculty of Humanities and Sciences of UniversidadNacional del Litoral). The analysis of the corpus revealsthat presentation script constitutes not only a pre-text, which is a version or textual planning of an oral presentation,but also a text itself in the study activitywith a social-discursive plan and a value of its own.Its conceptualization as an internal regulation device(Schneuwly and Bain, 1998) in the metalinguisticactivity (Campos and Milian, 2000), oral in this case,supports the potential of being a teaching object withinthe didactics of «writing».

Bayes' theorem is an analytical method which does not rule out cases to calculate the probability of occurrence of an event, uses a statistic that can be continuously feedback and obtains better results as the number of cases to be considered increases. On the other part, job desertion is a natural phenomenon in companies, it occurs in different proportions according to variables such as gender, age, schooling or even according to the state of health of the people, which incite the unilateral voluntary disassociation of labor dependents. Conventional human talent management carries out specific evaluations in personnel selection processes, to link the company to people with the highest skills and abilities to carry out specific activities, however, it is not common for descriptive statistics to be used to support decision making at this stage. The present study identified eight profiles of job deserters according to the cases observed in Machala City through the use of descriptive statistics for the construction of a Bayesian network, at the beginning an exploratory investigation was carried out to recognize the problem, later it was theoretically based and described the variables associated with job desertion, then a survey was applied to a sample of 384 people to gather information that was processed through the rejection of cases, counting of frequencies and calculation of probabilities. The working situation of Machala shares some characteristics described in other studies, however, there were also anomalies regarding desertion according to gender and age of people. It is concluded that the Bayesian network of job desertion is a support tool for the personnel selection process which guides the choice of the ideal profile as the least prone to desertion.

Nowadays, technologies have become an important part of human life, individuals are connected to databases, social networks or applications every day, which allows them to be informed of day-to-day events, with only have at hand either a tablet, a cell phone or a computer. Technological changes and innovations have brought a lot of improvements, whether in the social, cultural, sports or organizational field; companies have realized the need for the use of technologies, modifying their business models to electronic commerce. In this context, a cross-sectional design research was conducted in a quantitative approach as a case study, with the objective of identifying consumer trends in electronic commerce for students in the administration career of a public university South of Sonora, Mexico, through a market investigation to verify these consumption habits, preferences and trends. It should be noted that, the process to carry out the study is that proposed by Kinnear and Taylor (2007). Based on the research carried out, it is identified how the electronic type products capture the greatest interest and security on the part of the consumer when acquiring them, therefore they are the most acquired by the users. In conclusion, electronic commerce is a viable option for organizational development, it is a fundamental opportunity for companies to improve their processes and increase their reach, among other things.

Actually employment performance can be measured by means of an evaluation where the collaborator manifests the professional skills obtained at an individual level, which is why it is catalogued as a transcendental process for the success of the organization. Factors were considered that were used in order to facilitate a correct estimate of the development of collaborators in the organization. There are several methods of evaluation, either systematized, through software, or through learning based on experience, all based on the objectives established in each organization, the latter being a very common method for the sample used in this article, also detailing the factors that contribute to personal performance to determine strategic guidelines focused on training and performance. This study validates the integral tool proposed for subsequent application as appropriate, it was subjected to various adjustments made by experts, providing improvements that facilitate the proper use of it and thus provide supervisors or heads of area a feasible comprehensive assessment.
