Resumen
The article shows the research result’s carried out on the indigenous presence and agency in the Brazilian Amazon’s urban environments between 2003-2020, as a consequence of the socio-spatial transformations cause by the commercial border expansion over the region. The capitalism reconfiguration in Latin America in recent decades has resulted in new problems for the integral reproduction of the life forms of indigenous peoples in their ancestral territories, as well as has caused the migratory flow to the main urban areas of the region, impacting the protection and guarantee of specific collective human rights. The article aims to unearth the main causes and consequences of capitalism reconfiguration for the life and rights of indigenous peoples, especially taking into consideration the rise of the far right party to power in Brazil. A spatial-temporal approach was carried out from a multiscale perspective, which allowed to establish the relationship between human rights and the extractivist-exporter model, understanding and clarifying the limits and possibilities of state action to guarantee for these peoples their own cultural continuity and physical survival.

Resumen
Credit is essential for obtaining the special needs of man, such as housing, education and health, and mainly to satisfy human dignity. In Roman Law, the replacement of the position of debtor and creditor was inadmissible, and the figure of novation was frequently used, through delegatio, expromissio and the useful actions. It was only in the 19th century that the Law began to explore the creation of legal instruments that made it possible to replace the position of creditor and debtor. Thus, this research focus on the examination of the discipline of transmission of obligations in Civil Law, through the similarities and differences between the institutes of credit assignment and debt assumption.

The transition from the Late Middle Ages to the Modern Age was a turbulent period: conflicts, the Reformation, the rise of royal power to the detriment of the feudal system, all of this contributed to the secularization of political thought. It was a period marked by the publication of several papers, many of them in pamphlet nature, aimed at publicizing the abuses and convincing new adepts. After the episode in the city of Paris, known as Saint Bartholomew's Night, in 1572, the direction of these writings was changed and the construction of a theory of the right to resist based on political-legal foundations, in addition to religious foundations, became a pressing need. This time, the present research aims to analyze the political and legal foundations of the right of resistance verified at the end of the Low Middle Ages and at the beginning of the Modern Age in order to conclude for the need to control of the power and the role of resistance in the fight against abuse. Therefore, the objective of the research is exploratory and descriptive, using the historical analysis and the bibliographic survey.

Resumen
The radio has played a significant role during Getúlio Vargas’ first government in Brazil – 1930-1945. In addition to being used as a political tool, the radio may have contributed to the perception that the time of events was shortened. This paper aims to analyse whether Reinhart Koselleck’s concept of time acceleration in history could be applied to the use of Radio during that period. By the end of this study, it was found that not only the speed of communications changed due to the new technology, but also its use may have contributed to the rapid social changes that took place. The radio was, in that context, the “locomotive” of time acceleration experience.

Resumen
The text intends to discuss the limits and possibilities of Comparative legal history. Although it played an important informative role, the descriptive and nationalist legal comparison of the last century finds its limits today. The current Comparative legal history project takes on the new problems of spatial mapping of legal history beyond national histories. The new historical-comparative perspective must, therefore, attenuate the centralist perspective, which diminishes the role of the peripheries and understands their history in terms of the center. Within the framework of a European history of public law, the methods are still being refined; cross-reads, improved and synchronized. The difficulties of this research project are many, imposed by chronologies, the different weights of political fractures, the question of borders and the difficult legacy of colonialism.
