Resumen
The role played by the Arco-íris Human Rights Institute in downtown Florianópolis underscores the characteristics of the so-called eastern area: a historical part of the center known for cultural aspects, bohemia, and marked by the presence of a population in a situation of social vulnerability which seeks care in the various assistance entities present in the environment. This urban context is now the focus of the debate on the requalification of the central area of the city. With proposals coming from the relationship between private organizations and public power, which present alternatives based on the principles of strategic urban planning and trends for elitisation and social hygiene. In view of this, it is reflected in the construction of another basis for the urban project in Florianópolis that takes into account the importance of social assistance policies, the central role played by housing and the right of permanence of social andcultural groups that currently populate the center of the city.

Resumen
The article is directed to the legislative actions of evangelical councilors in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. It is intended to observe day-to-day changes from laws permeated by their moral values. The notions of “contract” and “alliance”, as well as of “circulation of ideas”, postulated by Cortina and Ultramari, favor the understanding of interweaving between politics and religion. In the 2013-2016 legislature, draft laws are passed, but only 24 of them specify evangelical interests. Its effectiveness, involved with the complexity inherent to the ways of living, which can influence urban planning and management, also depends on the population itself incorporating them or not into daily life.

Resumen
This article intends to examine the debate held in November 17th, 1982 in the Graduate School of Design - Harvard University between Christopher Alexander and Peter Eisenman. The meeting is representative of a period (70’s and 80’s) when architectural morphology and repertoire are intensely debated in view of a crisis in the modernist statute. It is worth to highlight, as important precedents to the debate, both the establishment of design as field of scientific inquiry during the 1960’s and the concurrent establishment of an ideology of practice based on the intellectual autonomy of the architect. The origins of these two phenomena are linked to the workings of two intellectual groups: the Design Methods Group and the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies (IAUS). The previous associations to each of these groups, by Alexander and Eisenman respectively, refers – even if indirectly – to some of the theoretical instances held in this famous debate. The controversial tone of the encounter and the intensity of some of the refutations justifies, in part, the general understanding that Eisenmam and Alexander represent theoretical positions which are diametrically opposed. However, after some thirty five years it is possible, with the convenient suspension of momentary moods, to reassess the debate with an emphasis on its contents.

Resumen
In the passage from the nineteenth to the twentieth century, the challenges of transposing symbolist poetics to the theatrical field led to the emergence of a new scenic spatiality, characterized by a dynamic relation between volumes and light (tending to abstraction), by the use of suggestion and by refusal to realistic and historical representations. This dynamic determines a cyclical and autonomus temporality, refractory to the phenomena external to the theatrical event; it also seeks, through the movement, to establish a fusion between all those who participate in the event, revealing to them a human essence thatwould be unattainable by scientific reasoning, descriptions and demonstrations. This space-time relation, that favors the representation of utopian places, anticipates some of the characteristics of modernist architecture. This work seeks to present this chain of events through the work of set designer Adolphe Appia, Le Corbusier, Lazlo Moholy-Nagy and, finally, the project of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (FAU-USP) developed by the architect Vilanova Artigas.

Resumen
has been corroborating the decharacterization or the complete disappearance of the built heritage in many parts of the world. This article emphasizes this fact with the case study of the city of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where several buildings of historical and cultural importance have given rise to concrete lands with a parking function, mainly around the central area. It is argued that there is no absolute concept of architectural relevance, so every choice is always relative to the preservation of the various examples of Brazilian architecture. In order to deconstruct such an essentialist view that privileges the chronological aspect to the detriment of the characteristics of the buildings, here are exposed some anthropological perspectives that emphasize the functional and identitary character of the constructions, from a critical review of the existing literature. Finally, solutions are suggested that could solve the rapid dilapidation of buildings in this city, rather than the urban ambience of the architectural complex of the central area of Belo Horizonte be destroyed, remaining only those already registered, as fragmented remnants of a history.

Resumen
From the critical analyses conducted by Alan Colquhoun in 1978 and Rafael Moneo in 2004 on the production of the architects Robert Venturi and Denise Scott-Brown, we propose an investigation of the modifications observed in their work, especially in single-family homes. For this purpose, we will examine four residential projects in an attempt to associate them with the theoretical production of those architects, from the first ideas expressed by Venturi in Complexity and contradiction in architecture to the populist turn that, in partnership with Scott-Brown and Steven Izenour, is embodied in the pop text of Learning from Las Vegas. We will also search, in the cultural determinants of the time - looking mainly through the communicative lens of Marshall McLuhan - justifications for the changes observed in the conceptual foundations and the way in which they translated into projective operatives that eventually impacted on the production of the couple of architects.

Faced with the need to promote the teaching of genetics in schools, this research aimed to form the ability to interpret the mechanisms of transmission of characteristics by polialelia in students of the 3rd year of high school in a public school, using the Theory of Stage Training of the Mental Actions and Concepts of P. Ya. Galperin as a theoretical and methodological contribution. From the development of a task plan, it was possible to perceive that most of the students were able to form the desired skill, ratified by the high degree in the quality of the actions performed. The pedagogical potential of this theory was also verified by allowing the teacher control of the actions to follow more accurately and effectively the students' development.

Resumen
The objective of this research was to know what the interpreters think about the teaching of Science and Biology for the deaf. We conducted a qualitative research with 14 interpreters, we used a semi-structured questionnaire with six questions. The lack of knowledge of technical terms, lack of signs aimed at the LIBRAS area, lack of prior knowledge of the student, teacher planning, concrete and visual materials, were the difficulties pointed out by the interpreters. Content with difficulties are Genetics, Botany, Zoology and Cytology. The more deaf students in the classroom, the more interaction results. The participants built a good relationship with the Science / Biology area, their training in basic education, favoring the teaching of this discipline, in the view of the interpreter.
