This article is based on our recent research, in which we have analyzed how the normative vacuum in the regulation of the related parent affects the best interest of the child, since in Peru there are no express norms in this regard, thus violating various rights of children and adolescents. Although we have found some norms in which, isolated and tacitly, there is some kind of mention, this is not enough to guarantee the fulfillment of the best interest of the child.

The persistence of subordinated and unequal gender relations affects women preventing them from fully enjoying their substantive right to equality. The gender- neutral language of laws can exacerbate challenges women face for their rights to be acknowledged. For that reason, gender mainstreaming constitutes an effective tool which enables adjudicators to better assess the facts and evidence of a gender-related case and thus construe laws in such a way as to adjust the structural imbalance between men and women. In recent years, courts have resorted more frequently to this tool to adjudicate cases. . However, it is still in an early face as regards the division of marital assets. For that purpose, this papers reviews, as an example, some Argentine judgments in which this approach helped restore the property rights of women.

Peruvian case law has shown the legal loopholes in family procedure rules applicable to cases in which people use assisted reproduction techniques. A good example could be the legal consequences of taking legal action when a man refuses to acknowledge a child born out of wedlock who has been conceived by assisted reproduction without his consent and with the intervention of an anonymous sperm donor. In this regard, the active individual of the material relationship will face a dilemma where the State, through the judicial bodies, appears as the best suited to cover the high transaction costs resulting from the legal loopholes with regard to anonymous sperm donors. However, instead of finding a solution, people face unfair decisions triggering new situations that cause high transaction costs.

Disabled people in Peru directly participate in contractual consumption relationships to satisfy their desires and needs based on a recognition of their full legal capacity. In this regard, law seeks to ensure their autonomy and access; nevertheless, discrimination appears as an obstacle. This study explores the role of support, reasonable adjustments, and administrative justice in the field of contractual consumption relationships of disabled people. The methodology includes addressing doctrine, legal regulations, and case law on the matter. The conclusion is that support and reasonable adjustments play a fundamental role, along with administrative justice by INDECOPI, in removing obstacles from this contractual scenario to fully include disabled people in society.

Since the last century, a number of unprecedented demographic changes in human history have become evident. Likewise, the increase in life expectancy at birth along with extended active working life, a higher proportion of women in this age group, and a decrease in the number of children as evidenced in the low total fertility rate translate into changes that will inevitably bring about consequences to both humans and social structures.  On the basis of a broad scientific analysis, it could be said that extended, multi-generational families are still a source of solidarity. Indeed, the presence of grandparents provides certain stability as they contribute to family cohesion through their different and relevant contributions, support and care. Also, due to the gender gap in life expectancy , they will be even more challenging spaces for women.

In this study, we review the current panorama of social networks, both globally and nationally, to subsequently determine whether the large law firms in Spain are deciding to use them, whether they do so in a merely testimonial way or, if on the contrary, they do it in a professional way, and elucidate which are the social networks preferred by them. To do this, a sample of the most important law firms in Spain has been taken, taking into account both national and global billing criteria, analyzing which are the most used and the indicators that reveal whether or not they are making effective use of them. obtaining as a result that large law firms have definitely decided to use social networks in a professional way, although their preferences regarding the chosen social networks differ from the trend of the general public, both nationally and globally.
