Resumen
This article aims to achieve the technical improvement of the university athletes of Baseball Five. This new sports modality is creative, developer, maintains an excellent quality of life. A review of the virtual environment was carried out, web pages in search of information that could provide knowledge, but it was not possible to find such information because until this moment nothing was written about this new sport that emerged in late 2017 and early 2018, however it was vital I support the comprehensive preparation program for the Baseball athlete, the research carried out by authors referenced in the body of the article, who dealt with similar topics in their research but in conventional Baseball, which served as support to develop the teaching methodology of some exercises. For this, a diagnosis was made during the development of three competitions at the provincial and national levels, which showed errors in the execution of technical elements such as: batting or hitting the ball, shooting at the bases and fielding; detecting difficulties in its preparation. This reality made it impossible to obtain good results. The objective was set: to develop a system of exercises and indicators for the technical preparation of the Baseball Five athletes at the Universidad de Oriente. The use of theoretical and empirical methods such as Analysis-Synthesis, Induction-Deduction, Systemic-Structural-Functional, Observation, Interview and Survey during the investigative process, allowed to base the proposal and its feasibility according to the criteria of specialists. This system allowed to improve the execution of the technical elements, according to the phases of the technical preparation.

Resumen
This article addresses the importance and benefits of the regular practice of physical activity, which has been developed through multiple programs in order to promote the practice of this and thus favor the quality of life of people. But, despite the promotion strategies and recommendations of entities such as the World Health Organization, low levels of physical activity still prevail, to which the university population is no stranger. The objective of this was to carry out a study of the components of the physical condition related to health in the students of the Bachelor of Laws career at the University of Guantánamo. 30 second-year students of said career were randomly selected. The theoretical and empirical level research methods such as document analysis and measurement were used. The values obtained, regarding the percentage of fat, indicate that the risk factor that involves the excessive accumulation of fat can result in the appearance of several chronic non-communicable diseases. In addition, it is evident that 66.7% of the investigated sample has deficiencies in maximum aerobic power, that is, to supply the necessary oxygen to the muscles during maximum physical effort. In general, the sample reaches an acceptable level. Therefore, it is necessary to comply with a plan of activities that are aimed at modifying the general physical development of the students under study.

Resumen
The objective of the research is to develop a methodological procedure to improve the development of physical abilities with a focus on attention to diversity from the teaching-learning process of Physical Education. The state of the art of the theme revealed authors who address what is related to diversity in educational practice in Physical Education. However, there are still fissures that require further investigation. Little control over the assumptions of the diagnosis was detected; absence of a characterization, prognosis and projection of strategies to obtain the expected physical change; deficient exploration of the development of physical capacities and lack of individual control at the time of the class. For the development of the research, various scientific methods were used, including analysis-synthesis, structural systemic and inductive-deductive. The elaboration of the methodological procedure was able to contribute to the improvement of the development of physical abilities and the comprehensive training of students with a focus on attention to diversity in Physical Education classes of the pedagogical careers of the Technical University Luis Vargas Torres Esmeraldas, Ecuador , through the development of specific methodological procedures for teachers and students. The research acquires relevance when dealing with an impact issue such as the treatment of diversity; especially, because it has been studied in its relationship with physical abilities and with Physical Education as a mediator between both variables. The case will serve as a reference for other universities with similar contexts and characteristics that face the problem.

Resumen
This research arises from the need to provide specialized care to a group of children, between four and nine years old, with scoliosis. These manifested complaints, sensation of discomfort and pain in the region of the back during Physical Education classes. This theme has been addressed by several authors, those who refer to epidemiological investigations in schools and communities but for another age group. It has the objective of proposing a set of alternative actions that includes the family and allows the integrality of therapeutic attention to a group of fourth grade children with scoliosis. For the elaboration of the same, it was necessary to consult several specialists as well as the review of specialized literature. A postural examination was carried out with the purpose of diagnosing the alterations of this deviation in these schoolchildren, as well as the affectation to their well-being. The scientific methods used were analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, observation, interviews, surveys, documentary analysis, among others. This proposal is based on a whole process of analysis about the capacity that, from Therapeutic Physical Culture, can develop a whole series of therapeutic-prophylactic activities for the benefit of these children. With the preparation and implementation of therapeutic actions, it is expected to prepare the spine for the correction stage.

Resumen
The objective of the research is to develop a methodology that allows diagnosing the psychomotor development of children between 6 and 8 years old. The present inquiry is the result of the research carried out by the authors since 2019 in the Sagrado Corazón Fiscomisional Educational Unit in the province of Esmeraldas, with a population of 98 children, of which a sample of 26 aged between six and six was taken. and eight years who attend the first stage of Basic Education, as well as a sample of 4 Physical Education teachers. The diagnosis of psychomotor development as a process is a little studied phenomenon in rural populations. The study is based on the general practical theoretical approaches of the psychopedagogical diagnosis and the favorable conditions that its application represents for Physical Education teachers of the first level of the educational system. With the results obtained, the need to build a methodology to diagnose the development of the child needs and strengthen their biological, psychological and affective structure for a harmonious progress of their general capacities, which will provide a better quality of life and a better development in the different social contexts, was corroborated. The proposal is subject to content validity through the expert criteria technique. The study constitutes important guidance material for physical education teachers in planning, execution and control.

Resumen
The emotional world of athletes is complex: it is characterized by tensions, stressful situations resulting from training loads and other influences (whether internal or external) that affect their performance. The work with emotions through psychological preparation is reflected in the works of dissimilar authors who have directed their main ideas towards psychological interventions and preparations from Psychology and Physical Culture with a formative-educational approach. However, there is a great demand regarding self-control, self-motivation and adequate management of emotions both in training and in sports competitions. The following research evaluates the role of emotions in athletes, according to the work with intrapersonal intelligence: from psychological preparation as a new method to influence the emotions of school hurdlers. To achieve this, the authors set themselves the goal of preparing a manual to develop intrapersonal intelligence. The methodology consists of an exploratory-descriptive study, applied to a sample of six hurdlers belonging to the Sports Initiation School of the Guantánamo province in a macrocycle. For the same, the interview, psychological tests, observation, etc. were used. It concludes with the assessment of the feasibility of the practical application of the manual in a pre-experiment. As positive results in the athletes, a favorable modification of the levels of self-regulation, self-motivation and self-knowledge was obtained, as well as the increase in the ability to cope with adverse environmental conditions, with a greater assimilation of training.

Resumen
This article intends to identify and recognize the corporal practices that non-governmental organizations in Colombia deal with, regarding the victims of the armed conflict. It implied a characterization of the organizations regarding the way of observing the body, corporal practices and violence; a criticism of the Victims and Land Reparation Law (as a regulator of attention, assistance, reparation and monitoring of the types of victimization); as well as an observation of the behavior of the subject in the face of the intervention of COVID-19. It was then obtained that, although at present, the Colombian leadership bodies have taken measures regarding the victims of the armed conflict, the laws have made the real needs of the population independent of what is intended to be replaced. On the other hand, in the face of the changes generated during the pandemic, two levels of intervention were identified: one that made it possible to potentiate the practices of organizations through the mediation of information technologies; and another in which the intervention processes were limited or completely stopped. From the analysis of eight semi-structured interviews, the impacts of the war on the body and the practices of reexisting are analyzed; finding that the repair must be understood from a holistic perspective of the human being. The work provides a concept of health based on thirteen body practices found; contributing to the health and comprehensive reparation of the victims, both internal and external reconciliation from within the affected person.

Resumen
Running is one of the most visible and growing sports practices at this time. It is linked to factors of health, recreation, the marketing of races and sports brands, among other aspects. On the other hand, the Leger test is a tool frequently used by coaches in this field to determine the physical condition of the athlete. Its usefulness refers to the determination of the Maximum Oxygen Rate and the measurement of aerobic capacity. However, due to the characteristics of its protocol, it can be used to calculate maximum aerobic speed and as a predictor of distance running; which facilitates the planning and evaluation processes in Physical Education. The research establishes a relationship between the maximum aerobic speed (determined with the Leger test) and the projected time in the 5km races. The study is quantitative, non-experimental, transectional with a correlational scope. The population is made up of 21-year-old university students. By calculating maximal aerobic speed, their results correlated with the time completed in a 5km run. As a result, a strong positive correlation was found between maximal aerobic speed and 5km race times. It is concluded that the Leger test can be used as a predictor of times in 5km races, which is why it is a very useful tool in the processes of training and sports training and Physical Education.

Resumen
Physical Education, as an integral part of the set of subjects of basic secondary education, is actively involved with the multilateral and harmonious development of personality. The article deals with the formation of values in the students of Basic Secondary Education from Physical Education classes, as one of the elements of special attention in the teaching-learning process. Based on the unity between instruction and education that should characterize this process, the objective of the research is declared: to design actions to strengthen the value of responsibility from the Physical Education class to students of Basic Secondary Education in the Nuevitas municipality, based on the potential offered by the study plan. For this, a sample of 151 seventh grade students was taken, in correspondence with the new demands imposed by contemporary society. Methods such as Analysis-Synthesis, Induction-Deduction, Historical-Logical, and techniques that confirmed the need to strengthen the responsibility value, as well as corroborate the pedagogical, practical, and scientific value of the proposed actions were applied. Hence, an assessment of the difficulties and potentialities present in the process of formation of values in Physical Education classes is carried out, until a set of actions is elaborated. It is intended that the actions be oriented and enriched so that they are applied to the teaching-learning process, through classes and in extracurricular activities, thus facilitating the direction of the educational teaching process
