Resumen
This paper aims to analyze the existing links between the university and the community, taking into account the wear and tear that has occurred in recent times to this relationship. It is conceived that the university and the community maintain a reciprocal process of collaboration, which has to promote the production of knowledge, technologies, access to knowledge, while leading to face social emergencies, violence, deterioration economy, the environmental crisis, illiteracy and other problems that affect the community. However, achieving this end implies the academic organization outside the university campuses, working in favor of the community and breaking with the obsolete structures of education. Under these premises, the research is oriented towards promoting higher education as an act of social transformation, a permanent search for sustainability, a meeting with communities and the advancement of Latin American society.

Resumen
The research explores the topic related to B-learning studies in virtual environments, as a way to promote professional growth. It is based on the implementation of innovative educational approaches, which seek academic quality and commitment to society within educational institutions, counting on the capabilities and competencies of teachers. The objective is to analyze the virtual environments of a Venezuelan public university based on the situational diagnosis carried out with the swot matrix. The methodology requires a descriptive research - applied through a non-experimental and cross-sectional field research approach, it is based on theories of authors such as García (2012), Marsh (2012), Lozano (2011), Suárez (2010). and Tobón (2010-2013), among others. The results highlight the existence of weaknesses related to interruptions at the platform level and the rejection of teachers in the use of virtual environments as a self-learning tool. Among the strengths related to the diversification of training action and the irrelevance of geographical barriers. Threats related to the paralysis of servers and opportunities related to the implementation of the virtual classroom, self-management of time for teaching and updating technological skills were specified. It is concluded that efforts must be strengthened to break existing barriers and overcome existing weaknesses, mitigate threats and advance in the consolidation of virtual learning spaces from existing opportunities.

Internal communication is a key process in any organization, especially in the educational field, where it has a direct impact on the work environment and team efficiency. This study focused on analyzing the influence of internal communication on the organizational climate in educational units, using a mixed methodological approach with techniques such as surveys applied to teachers and administrative staff, interviews with managers and direct observation of the communication dynamics, the census sample included 53 participants. The results showed that 85% of those surveyed consider that management encourages open discussions, which strengthens trust and collaboration; furthermore, 90% perceive clarity in the communication of rules and procedures, highlighting the importance of well-defined communication channels; however, areas such as reciprocity in feedback and the inclusion of ideas require improvement. In conclusion, internal communication significantly influences the organizational climate, strengthening motivation and sense of belonging when it is efficient, therefore, this study highlights the need to implement communication strategies that promote a continuous, transparent and bidirectional flow, improving both the work environment and overall performance in educational units, these findings serve as a basis for future research and optimization of administrative practices.

Resumen
The study analyzed the relationship between management and educational quality in higher technical education in a high Andean region of Peru. The variables were analyzed using a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational approach to determine the relationship between the variables studied. Two instruments were used to collect data, which had been previously validated, and reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha test. The sample consisted of 20% of students from the higher technical education institute, who had previously given their informed consent. A high and statistically significant positive correlation was found between both variables (Rho=.687, p<0.001), which was also confirmed by the Chi-square test (x2=56.706; p<0.001). These findings allow us to conclude that management plays a key role in shaping quality educational environments, even in rural and vulnerable contexts. It is recommended to strengthen management capacities at the technical-productive level, promoting contextualized strategies that improve planning, community participation, and pedagogical leadership. Likewise, future research could incorporate mixed methodologies and compare results in different territories of the country.

Resumen
The advent of ChatGPT represents a major breakthrough in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing in education. Its ability to understand and produce text in a coherent and contextual manner has created new opportunities for automation, education, communication and creativity. The aim of the study was to assess the impact of ChatGPT use on the academic performance (AR) of students at a private university. Using a quantitative, descriptive, basic, non-experimental, descriptive approach, the study involved students from various majors at a private university, selecting a sample of 200 students through stratified random sampling. A survey with 20 items was administered using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, revealing that students consider ChatGPT to be a useful and beneficial tool for various aspects of their education, although there are still areas in which its integration and effectiveness should be optimized. On a scale of 1 to 5, the average score was around 3, suggesting that while ChatGPT is a valuable contribution to their studies, there is room for improvement in its positive influence on students' AR and motivation. The study concludes that ChatGPT is viewed positively by students as an effective educational tool that can enhance learning and AR.

Resumen
University spin-offs play a crucial role in the business vision of the postmodern university by generating technological products and intellectual property, allowing the articulation among the academia, the public sector and the society. The research aimed to determine the validity of university spin-offs and the role they play in the generation of innovation, development of science and technology transfer. The study is qualitative, based on documentary sources of specialized articles in indexed databases, of which 26 were selected based on criteria related to the topic, successful experiences in the creation and operation of these companies. The content analysis technique was used with emphasis on argumentation, narration and enunciation. Among the main results, it can be mentioned that university spin-offs play an important role as means for technology transfer, however, they require improving and innovating management, organizational structure and institutional culture. Furthermore, a regulatory framework is needed in order to promote the operation of these entities and to strengthen the relationship and cooperation among the university, the State and the business sector. The adoption of an entrepreneurial mindset in universities, both public and private, is essential to improve competitiveness and support teaching, research.
