Resumen
This project analyzes the judicial decision, being understood as the act in which a process and/or procedure is resolved before jurisdictional bodies in the international scope. Its objective is to discuss the efficiency that the ruling of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has when referring to its interrelating nature and to its direct and indirect effects for the States participating of the Inter-American System of Human Rights. It is also attempted to decipher the compliance level that international decisions have in domestic law and its radiating effect for the human rights protection.

Resumen
The objective of the work is to identify the priority areas of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in companies in the eastern region of the State of Mexico. The information obtained from a survey was analyzed using non-linear canonical correlation (OVERALS). The study is limited to a set of companies in the eastern region of the State of Mexico that, without being a representative sample, is significant for our purpose. Work lies in the analysis of the companies in this region, as well as in the method used for the statistical treatment of the data. The central finding of the study would indicate that CSR is used by the companies in the region as a strategy for their models of business.

Resumen
The authors aim to analyze, under the concepts of the aesthetics of marginality, the mural of El Cóporo, and review the scopes that the project had in the physical and social rehabilitation of the public space of the area. The research is based on a historiographic approach to the subject, supported by tours in the area of the mural, photographic record and interviews. Among the important findings is that the mural has given a new configuration to the urban landscape of the city of Toluca, but fails to eradicate marginalization. It is concluded that art modifies the urban landscape and visually integrates the area into the city, however, the mural highlights the territory and endorses a marginal identity of the neighborhood.

Resumen
The identification and characterization in sciences which as molecular biology have been important contributions of microbiology to control and prevent of the nosocomial infections; in this sense, infections caused by Escherichia coli ESBL (Betalactamases of Extended Spectrum) are important. This document provides information on the about ESBL-producing strains of E. coli and the interactions that exist between the antibiograms with the hospital areas analyzed statistically, Barlett test was a significant difference in homocedasticity between five areas, for which control measures must be implemented and prevention in the health sector, avoiding to a greater extent the spread of nosocomial infections in these public instances.

Resumen
Nowadays, new environmentally friendly alternatives that will allow the preservation of agricultural products exposed to deterioration during harvesting, transportation and distribution in the market for sales with the subsequent reduction of their quality, physiological and sensory properties, together with the manifestation of pathogenic microorganisms are being sought. The state of the art of the use nanostructured coatings of chitosan nanoparticles with natural agents is presented, along with its benefits. Also, an academic, industrial, and governmental approach to the use of nano-agrotechnology, as well as the perspectives of this technique for fruit and vegetable preservation as a viable solution.

Resumen
The are text provides a depiction of science from the perspective of scientific realism. Special attention is paid to details that are sometimes left aside when talking informatively about science, such as the notion of truth, reality and the distinction between the observable and the unobservable, which are inherent aspects of scientific practice. In this sense, it is intended that what is presented here constitutes a first approach to the general nature of science, as well as to scientific realism.

Resumen
Se analiza la importancia del desarrollo de la tecnología necesaria para lograr la producción de vacunas desde una perspectiva de “biología sintética”, así como la imprescindible articulación y financiación a través de la cooperación internacional para combatir la COVID-19, todo ello, a partir de la investigación bibliográfica sobre temas enfocados con el desarrollo, participación y regulaciones internacionales involucradas en la síntesis de vacunas COVID-19. Aquí se propone una visión integral sobre las recientes estrategias de desarrollo en temas de salud y bioeconomía para enfrentar futuras eventualidades y así propiciar mejores desarrollos encaminados a la salud con las posibilidades de una actuación inmediata.

Resumen
In this paper, the microscopy impact on several areas of knowledge is showed through a historical review of microscopy from its origins to the present, follow by a simple description of the optical microscope performance and comparison with the resolving power and cost of the modern electron microscopes. The results of the use of microscopy as a tool to know the microcosm are demonstrated with the important applications that have transcended directly from the scientific to the social field. In conclusion, the window opened by microscopy not only allows us to see beyond the obvious as the fascinating images of the microcosm, but its development has had a transcendental impact on humanity.
