Resumen
This study aimed to investigate the dimensional structure of Brief-COPE during the COVID-19 pandemic. Six hundred and sixty-six adults from all regions of Brazil, mostly women (77 %), aged between 18 and 79 years old (M = 36.70; SD = 13.12), took part in this research. They answered sociodemographic questions and the Brief-COPE. Descriptive and confirmatory factor analyzes were performed. The first order dimensional structure was confirmed with the 14 original factors. The second order structure did not converge, and a new second order structure was proposed based on the correlation indexes among the first order factors. The proposed new model presented adequate indexes of adjustment to the data. Such results suggest that the pandemic may have changed the way participants perceive and relate coping strategies.

Resumen
This scoping review explores research conducted between 2008 to 2019, that aims to understand the conceptual use of mentalization (M) and reflective functioning (RF) and explore possibilities for interventions that promote these skills. The review utilized the descriptors “reflective functioning OR mentalizing OR mentalization AND intervention”. Reviewed papers were written in English, Portuguese or Spanish, and covered several research areas. The analysis considered several categories, including aims, study design, participants, type of intervention, intervention assessments and outcomes. Thirty-four papers were considered, most of them using a quantitative approach and addressed to adults and parents/caregivers-infants. The present review highlights the need to develop specific assessments procedures to evaluate RF and M, as well as studies that consider the Brazilian context. The study also emphasizes the need for theoretical systematization of M and RF concepts, considering they are frequently used as synonyms.

Resumen
The study aimed to describe the perception of caregivers and the role of professionals in the process of family reintegration and adoption of children and adolescents with disabilities in a host institution in Belém/PA. Ten family members of five children and three professionals from the technical team participated. The data were collected during the execution of the Pontes Project, by means of recording in a field diary, and the analysis was carried out with the content analysis technique using the software Iramuteq (Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires). The main findings showed the importance of the families being monitored by the technical team for the process of family reintegration and adoption.

Resumen
Research on the development of emotion regulation in childhood and adolescence suggests that the etiology of the phenomenon is multifactorial and that it is necessary to investigate the broader contextual aspects. Coparenting is a contextual variable that has been associated with outcomes in children and may be related to emotional regulation. The aim of this study was to test a structural model of direct and indirect relationship between mothers' emotional dysregulation and the perception of their adolescent children’s emotional regulation, evaluating the mediating role of coparenting. This is a quantitative, cross-sectional and explanatory study conducted with 210 mothers of adolescents (M = 15.59, SD = 1.39 years old). The sociodemographic questionnaire, the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS), the Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC) and the Coparenting Inventory for Parents and Adolescents (CI-PA) were administered online. Descriptive analyses, correlational analysis and structural modeling equations were conducted. The interactional model points to the partial mediating effect of coparenting in this relationship, as well as the indirect effect of the mothers' emotion dysregulation on the emotional regulation of the adolescents. The results also pointed out that the mothers' emotional dysregulation seems to have a detrimental impact on coparental cooperation. These results are important factors to be considered in the clinical context when working with adolescence and their families.

Resumen
The present study reports the construction process of a screening-type scale for evidence indicating academic giftedness (Scale for Nominating Intellectual Giftedness: teacher version [ENDI-p]), as well as presenting evidence of content validity. The construction of the items was based on the ten broad domains of the theoretical model of intelligence known as Cattell-Horn-Carroll (CHC): fluid intelligence, quantitative knowledge, short-term memory, long-term memory storage and retrieval, visual processing, auditory processing, processing and execution speed, reaction, and decision speed, reading and writing; initially containing 80 items. Such items were evaluated by five reviewers. The results showed that 21 items (26.2 %) were excluded once they did not reach an agreement value equal to or greater than 80 %. The kappa coefficient between judges was adequate. Version 2 of the scale is ready to be used in future studies which aim at investigating its psychometric qualities.

Resumen
Family-work conflict and enrichment are closely related processes. This study used the Work-Family Resources Model to investigate the direct effects of a demand (perceived work demands) and a contextual job resource (social support at work) on an outcome in the family (flourishing in the family), as well as the mediating role of a personal resource (positive psychological capital) and the moderating role of a macro resource (organizational culture associated with the employees’ values of satisfaction and wellbeing) in these relationships. The sample consisted of 1052 Brazilian workers of both sexes (72.5 % women) from 50 organizations. The results found in Multilevel Structural Equation Modeling provided empirical support for the model by confirming the relationships that were tested. These findings entail important theoretical and practical implications for the family-work relationship, in demonstrating how the different processes imbricated in the work-family interface can occur, and how they can contribute to the quality of life in the family context.

Resumen
This study describes the effects of the Promove-Casais program on marital relationships, parenting, child behavior, and mental health. Nine couples were randomly assigned to two groups: five to the experimental group (EG) and four to the control group (CG). The participants completed the instruments measuring this study’s variables of interest. The results indicate the intervention was effective because, after the intervention, the experimental group more frequently experienced positive relationships (improved communication, affection, and self-control), positive parent-child interactions, and improved marital satisfaction and children’s social skills, while negative marital relationships, negative parent-child interactions, and problem behaviors subsided; these results remained in the follow-up. On the other hand, the CG experienced no such changes. The conclusion is that Promove-Casais can be implemented to prevent and remediate interactional problems within the family, promoting improved quality of life and mental health.

Resumen
Fear of recurrence is one of the main affectations of cancer survivors. In Latin-American exist a lack of evidence on the subject and of valid instruments to measure it. The objective of this study was to determine the psychometric properties of the Concerns About Recurrence Scale in Mexican breast cancer survivors. An instrumental study was carried out with 200 women breast cancer survivors with a mean age of 53 years old and a mean survival of 52.5 months. A confirmatory factor analysis of the original version of the scale identified four factors that explained 77 % of the variance and satisfactory goodness of fit indicators: CFI = .967, TLI = .957, SRMR = .035, RMSEA = .071 as well as high internal consistency α = .945. Significant associations were also identified between general fear subscale, anxiety subscale of the HADS and total HADS score (r = .638 and r = .607; p = .01). The CARS presented adequate validity, reliability and factorial structure. It is recommended for usage in clinical care and research with Mexican breast cancer survivors.

Resumen
The article presents the main strengths, limitations and challenges of multilevel schools in an indigenous context, from the voices of teachers in La Araucanía, Chile. The methodology is qualitative and involved six semi-structured interviews with teachers. The technique for analyzing the information is content analysis in conjunction with grounded theory. The results reveal the persistence of prejudices towards indigenous families, the teachers’ lack of knowledge about local ways of knowing and the lack of competencies to develop education in an intercultural perspective. We conclude that there is a need for engagement and dialogue between the school, family and community, which would enable a revitalization of the socio-cultural identity in the teaching and learning processes.
